You know what I didn’t want to make it but you made me up , I bought a JRL from this guy but
Less than 10 months the clipper stopped run and i texted that guy what should i do now he said send me back and i will send you another one as my JRL has a year guarantee and then after almost 5 months he won’t answer even , customer service zero

I didnt even recive the hair clipper inside , no charger of the hair clipper machine, worst experience for the first time eveve trusting a website which is off branded , i trusted because of their youtube viedeo, and less price , they switched their phone number after i called about it

I bought a trimmer as a present for my boyfriend. The address I had given was incomplete and they were very nice and helped me correct it. I can state it has a very nice customer service.
As for the trimmer, a WAHL professional cordless trimmer. Arrived in excellent condition. He has used it now for 3 months and it works nicely for his thick hair.

I ordered a Babyliss disinfectant box on 10th March 2023 and I’ve been waiting over a month now to receive it. It was never delivered. USPS confirmed it was mishandled and the item was lost. USPS asked me to contact Barber Supply for a refund/replacement and Barber Supply will apply to them or insurance for reimbursement. However, Barber Supply refuses to acknowledge that the package was not delivered and insists it was, despite USPS confirming it was not. Customer service with this company is the worst I’ve ever encountered in my life. Whoever responds to the email is extremely rude and disrespectful and refuses to be of any assistance whatsoever. I will never, ever shop at this online store ever again and I highly, highly do not recommend.

Not sure if all of these negative reviews are real but from my 5 years doing business with barbersupply.com was absolutly amazing.

If I could give them negative stars I would. What a sham this company is. The clipper I received is abnoxiously loud, there is nooooo way I could put this up to someone's ear and trim. Instead of helping me learn how to adjust it so it's usable. The communication manager is a complete Jerk. He doesn't want to help, he just wants to be nasty. I wish I would've heeded the warning with all these reviews. Now I am out $132 and still no clipper to cut hair with. Buyer beware. The same guy answers the phone as the emails, so clearly he is a small show with nothing but sh** to offer. Try to send it back, you get screwed.
He said the sound is normal. Oh ok. Never have I heard a clipper this crazy loud, it's literally ear piercing. But that's normal to this clown. Ugh

I'm waiting for my order since 5 months. I have sent many emails but no answer. I try to contact them on Instagram but they keep deleting my comments. Please do not buy anything from them unless you want to get scammed.
