After care is terrible
After care is terrible. I need new keys and spent an hour going round in circles on their website. So called them after lots of choosing the right dept part it rang for 10mins and then cut me off. Same happened again. Wish I'd chosen a different door system.

Excellent Banham’s service
First, the Banham’s employee came on time and began reviewing all aspects of verifying the Banham service. Second, with focused and systematic inspection of the expectations that all was working well was as it should be, it did not take long to demonstrate that was the case. Third, the Banham’s employee used the time well and produced a list that showed everything had been inspected and was as it should be. Excellent!

Excellent service from Banham, had locks fitted a few months ago and have had a couple of snags, Riccardo came out and sorted it all under warranty, extremely punctual, polite and helpful, thank you.

BANHAM WHAT IS GOING ON...I WAITED IN FOR 1/2 DAY FOR A SCHEDULED ALARM MAINTENANCE APPT. HAD REMINDERS VIA TEXT FROM YOU THREE TIMES BEFORE TODAY. I CALLED BANHAM THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT AS SWINDON ARE HANDLING IT....I CALL SWINDON...THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT BANHAM HAS NOT INFORMED THEM OF AN APPT.
THIS USED TO HAPPEN TO ME WITH OUR OTHER PROPERTIES HAD 5 APPTS THAT NO ONE TURNED UP FOR AND NOW ITS HAPPENING AGAIN....
AWFUL SERVICE FOR A COMPANY THAT IS NOT CHEAP.

Andy emergency locksmith - a hero!
This review is purely for Andy, the emergency locksmith who was working on the night of 01/08/26. He was the kindest, most efficient and patient locksmith you could hope for. He helped me with a complicated situation involving a neighbour. What a hero. Banham are lucky to have him - I hope he sees this!

I thought Jonathan was a very friendly…
I thought Jonathan was a very friendly technician. He got to the bottom of the problem as our alarm had been intermittently going off, due to the alarm guard outside needed tightening.
All sorted and he said he was 21 at the weekend, very impressed with his knowledge and attitude.
