From start to finish it was great easy service. I left one of my mediations at home which was a big concern, but with a few minutes l had appointment booked. Then spoke with a doctor sent some documents to her, had mediation delivered to hotel.

Balidoc hat mich gerettet. Ich habe dringende Medikamente benötigt und hätte ohne der Hilfe der tollen Ärzte und des Teams meinen Urlaub abbrechen müssen. Der Service ist unglaublich! Es wurde alles getan um mir innerhalb von 24 Stunden diese zukommen zu lassen, obwohl ich sehr weit weg mein Hotel hatte. Ich bin so dankbar und kann es nur empfehlen. Danke noch mal!!!

Was in Bali and I needed a medication that turned out to be difficult to find and they found it after a day and even offered to have it delivered to my hotel at no charge because of the delay.

Whether can take a strong prescription medication
There was conflicting information on websites whether I could bring a medication into the country. Dr Bintang was professional, reassured me I could and if I had problems with immigration for them to contact her.

Amazing service and care!
Amazing service and care. Dr. Bintang was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I've been struggling with UTIs while backpacking and she prescribed me exactly what I needed and even gave me an extra dose in case it comes back. They reached out to me right after our call with next steps and my medication was delivered within the hour. Being from the US, healthcare is a total joke there, so I really appreciate the attentiveness and how fast this service was to get me what I needed asap since I'm leaving for Australia. I 100% recommend this service.
