I had a great experience. I was able to schedule a super last minute free consultation call via Google Meet. Only 20 minutes after I booked it! The person I spoke to was so kind, really understanding and very thoughtful.

The communication from start to finish was professional and timely. The online platform is easy to navigate and the doctor I spoke with was very knowledgeable and nice, while speaking fluent English. Overall this was a great experience and I do recommend them to anyone!

Was happy to come across this while Traveling
Was happy to come across this while traveling. Pharmacy required a prescription for my sinus infection and found this site. DR. spoke clear and very understandable English. Pharmacy followed up within minutes and the meds are on their way by delivery.
Only complain was while filling out the appointment request, you fill in all your information. If the appointment becomes not available by the time you finish, you have to pick another time and start the process all over again.

An amazing health service for travellers
This is such an amazing service, not only because it was free but the service from beginning to end was excellent. The appointment was easy to make, the doctor was on time. Dr Karina was so friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. They oganised for my medication to be delivered to my accommodation and I was supplied with a tracking link. I’m very grateful for the wonderful service and highly recommend Bali Doc.

great service. I lost a pack of my thyroid medication so needed to get a prescription authorized by a doctor who was very helpful and the prescription gets delivered to you.

Absolutely amazing and fist class experience! Used them several times. Dr Karina and staff made experience exceptional!! Was able to get a free online consultation within a couple hours, received excellent medical advice, excellent quick administrative coordination, then had seamless delivery of prescription needed to my home. Dr Karina even followed up with some further information a few days later without being asked. Just an excellent experience all the way around can’t recommend highly enough! 💯💯🙏🙏👩⚕️👩⚕️

I made my appointment - got to talk ‘face to face’ with the doctor within 30 mins.

He made his diagnosis and, after paying, gave me the prescriptions I needed which were easily filled at my local apotek. I will use the service for all my front line medical needs. Excellent!

Terrible service
I scheduled an online consultation with the doctor and waited in the conference for 20 minutes… but no one ever showed up.
My time was completely wasted — deeply unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this at all.
