We had a meeting with Michael Thornton today from Avalon Funeral Plans and we have to say he was amazing! He was kind, very thorough and extremely helpful! We were happy to take out plans with him and would certainly recommend him and Avalon! Thank you!

Well we have finally got our funeral plan sorted , thanks to Mr Jay Patel. Absolutely brilliant service. Explained every detail we needed to know. This has been a big worry for me so now know exactly what will happen if any one of us should pass is a big relief.

The representative Gavin Paskin made us so at ease and explained the plans available to us and how everything would be dealt with when needed.We took out policies for both myself and and my husband.

We were organising a funeral plan for our father, who lives in Spain most of the year.
It can be a difficult subject, but we were very quickly put at ease by Gavin Paskin, everything was explained so well and I feel I can return home with a weight lifted of my shoulders. Would highly recommend this company

I was ampprencive at first but with good customer care I was put at ease.everything was explained and all my needs met by doing this it takes the burden of my nephew who had a lot to do for my sister's funeral.and my family know that my funeral is taken care of any thinking about doing a plan my advice is just do it for me I want my family to have happy memories

Our Avalon Consultant (Magdalena) fully described our Funeral Plan options and what each plan covered. No sales pressure just the plans, costs and importantly our long term protections. Great to know we have a policy that is available in Spain and the UK.
We felt comfortable with our existing knowledge and Magdelena’s presentation to purchase an Avalon plan.
If you are looking at options for funeral planning I think you will not go wrong with Avalon.

I had a very successful meeting with Jay Patel one of Avalons Consultants who came and saw me this morning at my home. He was very knowledgeable about the company and products that they had to offer. I found his approach to be a breath of fresh air, no hard sell, just a relaxed and confident manner, making ne feel at ease straight away. took out a plan without hesitation. I would strongly recommend Jay to all my family and friends. 5 Stars all the way. If I still ran my company Jay would be my Sales Director for sure. Just The Best!!

I first met Andy Durrant from Avalon in 2019 when he came to explain the company's services. My wife, Lisa, and I were both impressed by what he told us and his friendly and reassuring demeanour.
He returned in 2022, at my request, and we agreed a Plan to cover the funeral of the first to die.
In the event, my beloved Lisa died on 15th August 2025. Having called 112 to notify the authorities, one call to Avalon produced a funeral director whose respectful team removed her body for cremation. Sad, but no worries and all so easy,
Today, 29th August, Andy returned once more at my invitation. We set up a Plan to cover my eventual funeral to save my relatives the need to organise or pay for the event. Invaluable.
