Beyond expectations !. Ordered single 5 LTRs of Jotun primer and received it near at home, near Bath, in well under 24 hours. I was well pleased. This is only the start of preparation to repaint a narrow boat, I will need more, and know where to go.

I recently used the paint mixed by Avace Ltd and found that the consistency was a bit watery, which made application slightly more challenging than expected. Additionally, the colour appeared lighter than anticipated based on the sample or description. A thicker consistency and more accurate colour match would greatly improve the overall experience.

I purchased Demidekk paint with high expectations from Avace. I carefully followed all instructions for preparation and application on my wooden shed, using the correct tools and applying it in good weather conditions.

Initially, the finish looked great. But just one year later, the paint started peeling and flaking in several places — far sooner than I would expect from a premium product that claims long-lasting protection.

When I contacted Avace, the owner responded in a friendly manner but ultimately refused to honour the warranty. Despite clear signs of product failure, they claimed the issue was due to incorrect application — which I completely disagree with, as every step was done by the book. It felt like a convenient way to avoid responsibility by being friendly.

I’m left not only with a shed that needs repainting far too soon, but also with a poor customer service experience. Based on this, I would not recommend buying Demidekk from this supplier.

I had a disappointing experience ordering paint from Avace. I purchased a colour that matched the one I’ve used before — selected directly from the colour pad and previously bought from my regular, go-to paint shop. Unfortunately, my usual supplier was out of stock and I couldn’t wait two weeks, so I decided to give Avace a try.

The batch I received from Avace was noticeably lighter — both when compared to the colour pad and to the same paint purchased from my regular shop. Despite applying three coats (instead of the recommended two), the difference in shade is still very visible. One wall now stands out with a much lighter tone, making it look mismatched compared to the rest of the room.

I expected the same level of quality and colour consistency, but sadly that wasn’t the case. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're in the middle of a renovation and relying on accuracy. I won’t be ordering from Avace again.
