Excellent service from Auto Logistic Solutions

Auto Logistic Solutions provided a very good replacement vehicle when my parked car was damaged by a loader vehicle. The repair has been efficiently and expertly carried out by Tomos Lewis of Lampeter. Auto Logistic Solutions communicated very well and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Had a serious car accident a few weeks…

Had a serious car accident a few weeks ago and honestly can’t fault a single thing. I was so stressed and they reassured me and made me feel so much better.
Amazing communication, very friendly to all I’ve spoken to. Fast payout I didn’t have to do anything. When I rang there was no being on hold for ages got straight through every time. And queries dealt with quickly and professionally.

Great service and peace of mind

I contacted ALS after a road traffic accident, I had initially contacted my own insurer but felt that ALS would be better suited to handle my claim.

This turned out to be a great decision as the case was handled expertly from start to finish. The initial process of reporting the circumstances was straightforward, and every detail was captured up front, removing the need for further updates or clarifications.

ALS sorted a hire car for me the same working day and then began the process of recovering my vehicle and pursuing the third party. The vehicle ultimately was written off but ALS explained how this process would work in comparison to repairs and made everything straightforward.

Great service from Cheryl throughout the claim, would highly recommend ALS to anyone looking for an accident management service.

ALS have been amazing to deal with, simple and professional, made the experience smooth and uncomplicated which is what you want after an accident and dealing with insurance etc. staff I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and friendly.

Would not reccomend this service at all,poor communication had accident end of February still haven't had repairs done. Finally arranged for local garage to submit a quote and taken a week for engineer report from their end which I have now been told is complete but hasn't been sent ?therefor they can't sign off on work to be done.I Have had to phone and chase things up twice a day not very efficient at all.

Felt completely supported through whole process!

directed to Auto logistics through a garage after a no fault accident and could not believe how easy they made a bad situation! Think twice if your claim is small or do not accept Lauren in ur case

I regret ever putting my case to this company there really slow in what they do and seems like unless the claim is big they won’t give a damn about ur case and you got to do all the chasing yourself , in 3 months I had one email sent to me about updating me on my case . Customer service is a joke they will never call u unless u call 5-6 times n weeks . I gave them my honest opinion and said there customer service is realy bad and my claim handler called Lauren hung up on me IT SEEMS LIKE THEY KNOW THEY ARE RUBBISH AT THERE JOB AND HAVE NO EXCUSE FOR IT OR JUST CANT BE BOTHERED PLEASE THINK TWICE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR CASE RESOLVED QUICK AND DEFINITELY IF IS A SMALL CLAIM DONT EVEN BOTHER UNLESS IS JUST LAUREN TAHTS A BAD CLAIM HANDLER

Hi Mr Islam,

Firstly I apologise if your experience with our company has not been up to our usually high standards.

We intend to treat all of our customers with the same high quality of service, regardless of the size or value of their claim.

After looking into your case I can see that due to the areas of damage to both vehicles involved in the accident, there is a potential for a dispute in liability. The third party insurance company are refusing to take third party calls and are also failing to respond to the majority of our correspondence. For this reason your file does not qualify for repair funding and as such we are pursuing the third party insurer for an acceptance of liability. If we were to fund your repairs at this stage and the third party insurer refuses to accept liability then you would be liable for these repair costs, we do not want you to be put into that position.

The latest update seems to be that they have told you that if they do not hear from their insured by 22/01/2022 then they will accept liability on their behalf. If this is the case and they do accept liability then your repairs will be authorised, a replacement vehicle will be provided for the repair duration and your repairs will be carried out as soon as possible.

Your case holds a full audit trail of every action taken, whether this be an email, phone call, letter sent or general administration performed. We have sent email/postal correspondence to the third party insurance company on no less than 10 occasions and made a total of 12 calls to them too. Unfortunately the insurer is not part of the ABI and so are not governed by the timescale agreements that the majority of insurers adhere to, we will however continue to chase them on your behalf and will look to instruct our legal team should a liability stance not be forthcoming.

Lastly, all our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. After reviewing your most recent phone call from our offices it is clear that your are frustrated resulting in the use of expletive language. We would never expect a member of our team to endure this sort of language and they are trained to end such calls in a polite and professional manor, I can confirm that this phone call was ended in such a way.

Please understand that we too feel the same frustrations when an insurance company is not meeting their liabilities after an accident and our staff members want to process all claims as quickly as possible. Your file is currently being actioned every 3 days and an update will be sent to you upon its next action.

Great Service - Thanks Lauren and the team.

Upon having a none fault accident I contacted ALS to assist me with my claim. It was the best thing I did! They took all the stress out of dealing with it all and I genuinely can’t thank Lauren Thwaites enough for her help and assistance. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR CHEEK

Even feel like one star is pushing it. On the recommendation of a friend we used ALS; honestly it was more infuriating and harder work than going through our own insurer. I was told it would be hassle free and they’d sort everything. No chance.
I sent the requested ID info email 4 times because their system doesn’t link emails and the person I originally sent it to was off and they couldn’t access their email and then they were struggling to open the images. I was then asked to send it via WhatsApp, again to be told they couldn’t open the iPhone photos. Off my own back I had to reformat all images and email AGAIN! After 3 weeks eventually get the go ahead to then be called by the rudest/ cheekiest individual that tells my partner he won’t be insured for the hire vehicle as he didn’t have a particular document. We told him that everything had been sent and he needed to speak to the person who had received the email. Was told she was off and unless I sent it directly to him, he wasn’t being insured. I told him I was in the middle of something and he needed to go and speak with his manager to get the details. His response was “it’ll take you a minute to send me the details or I’m not insuring you”. Respectfully at this point I hit the ceiling and asked to speak to a manager who sorted it almost immediately. It was his total lack of ‘give a toss’/ too lazy to walk across the office to get said document. Pal it’s your actual job.

I had to send more ID and documentation to ALS than I would have had to send to my insurer. Absolute hassle. (This was a non fault claim). When I did email with my frustrations, it was dismissed. Never again.

Not even the third party vehicle hire company or the coach works garage had a nice thing to say about their experience with ALS. Absolute shamble.

I can see that your claim progressed quite quickly once your ID and liability evidence was sent to the relevant team in a format that we were able to access.

We try and make our correspondence as clear as possible in that there is a dedicated email address for such documents to be sent to. The email address is claims@autologistic.co.uk Alternatively you can send via WhatsApp 07718 044 163.

Please accept our apologies if this was not clear in our initial emails to you.

In relation to the issue over your partners licence check, the discrepancy was down to a different address on the licence to what we had on our system, I am pleased that one of our managers was able to override this for you and I can only apologise if you felt that the handler was being rude. I can assure you that this certainly not his intention.
