Lisa Collins from transport has made my day. This absolute amazing, phenomenal lady not only went above and beyond to get my car back to me. She was down to earth, respectful. Her skills are out of this world. Honestly never came across a soul like her. I would recommend ALS only due to Lisa and her efforts. Not only has she saved me a £1000 with the vault parking, she took her customer service to another level. Lisa is a true credit to ALS. She surly deserve and award for her customer service skills. Involved in non fault car accident and Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd assigned me a dedicated staff member Michelle who was fantastic. My damaged car was picked up in 90 mins and I had a hire car delivered to my house same day. They handled everything with minimal fuss, it was like being wrapped in cotton wool. Many thanks for making a traumatic experience more comfortable.

From initial contact, the claim team were helpful, confident and calming. Once the basic details had been established they were extremely efficient at having our vehicle collected and a replacement provided. We had regular contact from the team to reassure us we were being kept informed and had all we needed. Really took all the stress away from what could have been an extremely stressful situation

My car was hit in a hospital car park whilst I was at my mothers bed side and she died the next day. Auto Logistics Solutions handled all the additional stress of having to sort my car out for me. Arranged for my car to collected and taken to a local garage and promptly arranged a replacement vehicle whilst mine was repaired all completely free of charge. Great company who handled everything and took all the stress out of an accident that happened through no fault of my own. Once all the information was given everything was handled swiftly and was kept informed of the process at all times. From organising suitable replacement car while awaiting repairs to excellent customer service I would definitely use again although I hope I don’t have a need for it.

Someone ran into the back of me while I was stop at lights on a roundabout…Auto Logistics picked car up from house bringing a courtesy car with them… repaired car and brought it back to house! Brilliant!!!

Absolutely brilliant service from ALS. Somebody ran into the back of me whilst I was stationary and split my rear bumper. They dealt with everything from start to finish and took all the stress out of having my pride and joy damaged. Repairs were booked very swiftly and my courtesy car was waiting at the garage for me on the day. Would recommend to anybody for a swift and stress free resolution to a non fault accident. If I could give zero I would. Totally useless company with appalling communication. Rarely respond to emails or give any updates. I waited 5 months for my car to have damage fixed and only got it done then as I'd submitted a complaint to the ombudsman. They ignored their own complaints process and I'm still awaiting a payment for a car seat involved in the accident 5 months on. Downright dangerous. Avoid at all costs.

They not only provided me with a car asap soon after my accident they also kept ontop of my claim from 3rd party after a lady revesed straight into me on school run excellent service and nice staff cant ask for more

This is the first time anything like this has happened to me - From day 1 these guys have been AMAZING. While my car was being repaired I had the joy of driving a great courtesy car. They have kept me in the loop at all times, and are always there to answer any questions that Ive had. Extremely friendly service.

ALS is a first choice for managing your insurance claim. They provided a brilliant service throughout the experience and although the process took longer, this is not for a lack of trying on their part. In my case, the other party's insurance company were simply slow to respond to the liability and claim in general, which delayed the whole process. ALS kept following up and when asked to present evidence of their communication attempts with the other party's insurance, they quickly provided the proof.

They requested a sketch of the accident that took place as part of the claim, which I found quite challenging, artistically, but a fun experience nonetheless. I drew a very simple birds eye sketch of what happened and labeled that had happened and sent across. The courtesy car they provided was also really clean and of the latest model.

All in all, I would definitely recommend ALS to anyone, baring in mind that it could possibly take longer, but this is not dependant on ALS alone, the other insurer must be considered, possibly adding to the time it takes from beginning of the claim to the end- receiving your vehicle back after it has been repaired. For me, it took 4 months from lodging the claim, to receiving my vehicle back repaired from the garage.

I also want to mention the brilliant work carried out by CarFix Garage in Edgware who recommended ALS, and also done an amazing job with the repair work, and even going beyond the expectation.

Thanks to all at Auto logistics solutions ltd and Pro bodyshop Coatbridge a van reversed into back of my car and damaged bumper contacted ALS who where fantastic in getting the ball rolling in to having my car repaired kept me up to date.organised a courtesy car pro bodyshop in coatbridge took car in Monday morning had it back Thursday morning who done a fantastic job .Thanks to all involved

When I was recently involved in an accident I took my car to a non approved repairer who I trusted but the insurance company didn't like it. Well the repairer suggested I contact ALS. Well best decision I ever made they dealt with everything and no cost to me .Had a hire car in 24hrs and wow what an upgrade. Anyway left everything with them and they kept me informed at every stage. I can't recommend them enough they have been fantastic throughout.
