I used the scratch kit as recommended and it worked very well

autoglym have great products but lifeshine is a con.
I paid £250 for my new car to have this protection but it was applied to a dirty car and after first was you can see bird droppings and poor polish marks.
I have asked for a refund or a total valet with a professional applying the product I paid for.
Lets see and if they honour their guarantee.

Absolutely no complaints about Autoglym products; they always work for me. Downside this time was the poor performance by the chosen carrier - TNT ( now FedEx) delivered late ‘claimed’ no one in on appointed date & time. I was sitting down to tea at home at the time of advised delivery (17:15); so who’s telling porkies?
Good comms with Autoglym: nothing from TNT.
Got to go, I’ve a car to polish!

Quick delivery but it is a bit confusing knowing which number is for tracking you get two. Numbers than you get a different number from fedx . But been using autoglym products for years and now my daughter and granddaughter are using the products on their cars great products. Thank you.

Autoglym Ceramic Spray

I purchased directly from Autoglym after another supplier let me down. The item arrived within 2 days (I had ordered just after the Next Day cut off time), and was in use this weekend.

Although Autoglym were slightly dearer than the other company, the fact they offer next day delivery (if ordered before a certain time) and, more importantly, actually deliver a product you have paid for. more than compensates.

The reason I gave you the 5 stars was because the service was excellent but unfortunately they product I have not used yet due to the fact that the birds must not like the colour of my car.
