Auto glam high resin Polish. Very happy with this product, it has got scratches and scruffs out of my car that I didn't think it would. Very very pleased with this product.

The product was delivered with a leakage in box due to item having a faulty cap
Also the courier left the parcel on my door step on show didn’t follow my instructions

Really disappointed with the Life time shine treatment which I paid £350 for.
It was carried out by a car dealership in Romsey, Hampshire. After getting the car home on a wet drive, the next morning the evidence was clear. The paintwork was covered in smears and swirl marks as well as hologram’s. The glass was not treated properly as the windows came with wind deflectors. The interior was not done at all, carpet was still marked in the drivers footwell, albeit not horrendous.
Overall I think the products were put on incorrectly as trying to clean the car and applying the products given to me in the autoglym ‘top up’ box are almost impossible to buff off without smears or swirls remaining.
I feel I’ve paid £350 for a box of autoglym products worth around £85 or so. As an ex car valeter myself I certainly know my stuff, this service I was given was way below par.

Contacted Autoglym. After navigating their portal which has some problems they acknowledge to fix speaking to Kat I was booked in for a review.

After technical specialist viewed my photos Ryan visited and looked at the car.

Ryan was absolutely superb. Top class quality service. True professional. Knows his stuff.

First time using Autoglym products as new car has been “treated”. Polar foam looked spectacular but didn’t seem to do much but appears to make the wash easier afterwards. Delivery on date expected but much later than originally advised.

Its the first time ive used an Autoglym product and the result i had was excellent....the ease of application and the finish was exceptional.

It would appear that Autoglym don’t really want to sell DTC anymore as the pricing of product is higher in all cases than the same on Amazon, and they have listed anything north of Inverness as an Island and thus charge a daft amount for delivery. I ordered direct from them under the impression that buying direct from source would be the best way, but how wrong was I. The only reason for 2 stars is that I sent an email to them about this and the reply was very pleasant and professional. I will never buy from them again based on their business ethic which I find a shame, unless of course they are trying to cut out DTC.

I have always found the product reliable to use.
Over the years I have used the different products available for specific jobs regarding cleaning my car.

I have bought the auto glym range of car cleaning products for using with a power washer. The Poler wash, Poler blast and Poler Seal.
The first two products are to clean the car dirt off and clean the inc using a sponge and bucket. After that you end up with using the power Seal. This gives you protection to the paint by making a good seal and making the water and rain run of the car easily, keeping it protected for about a month at a time.
Overall very good and trusted products. Just follow the easy instructions supplied and if you need a good Snow Cannon Auto Glym can supply that as well. I can tell you first hand it works great.
I hope you find it as good as I did. I should say my neighbours asked to use it after i did my car. That says something about what the finish was like.
