I ordered the Ultimate Car Care Kit -£229 with delivery next day £237 - It had 8 items missing. And owing to delivery on a Saturday (bank holiday no less to clean the car) i had to wait until the Tuesday for answers to the missing Items. The reply being "...and can see from the photos taken upon dispatch that the items were missing from your order."
The missing items were with me on the Wednesday, however no gesture of goodwill and only 2 of the 4 displaying spray attachments, which i didnt bother to raise. Disappointing to say the least. Packaging dissapointing as well, paper at the top of the box but not inbetween the items.

The delivery took extremely long.

Ordered a gift card. Came through post with no added delivery charge and quick delivery. Lovely presentation with an extra envelope included and a free air freshener. Made an amazing gift.

Bought the Connoisseur Kit for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. Got three free full size products too which was amazing! The quality of this kit is fantastic. Also super fast delivery from Auto Finesse, cannot fault them.

I recently got the Avalanche foam prewash and it is amazing! The pump is easy to operate and large enough for a full wash. I also got the drying towel which is super soft! Absolutely love it.

Ordered Aqua Deluxe XL Drying towel, Polish pads, Feather tip brushes, detailing brushes, tyre scrubbing brush, Revitascrub pads, upholstery brush, pucks (finishing, polishing & cutting & Handi Pucks.
Overall pleased with items, but the finishing puck appeared to have ‘wet’ stains.

Really grateful for the complimentary air freshener and graphene filler wax samples.
