I purchased one of the touch up paints…
I purchased one of the touch up paints - tip, shake vigorously for two minutes. I didn’t do this so the paint colour didn’t match at all. I emailed them and responded immediately. They checked all the codes, info etc until we reached the conclusion that I hadn’t shaken the paint for long enough. Perfect match.
I appreciated that they weren’t going to give up until I was completely satisfied even offering to send another one if the colour was wrong.
Great service.
