Bought colour match paint6 months apart - they were completely different- shall not be using them again

Ordered paint from Xtremeauto uk trough Amazon and received a different colour to the one ordered. Sent the paint back expecting a replacement or a refund. Sent several emails to the company but no reply. I am now 22 euro out of pocket.

Wish I'd have read the reviews before i had ordered. Ordered a can of paint from them on ebay & received no receipt? Tried to contact them without success plus my order is not showing on Ebay?
Definitely a bunch of scammers. Now having to do a cash back from my bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

SCAMMER - One star is too many, they are scammers, don’t buy anything from them. They do not send the products you order, in fact the don’t send you anything and ignore requests for a refund. I purchased from Amazon and there is no come back as they are a third party company.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I bought from this company through Amazon and received the wrong item and just keep getting let lied to and don't think I'll ever get my money back, avoid this company like the plague

Terrible. Avoid. If I could give zero stars I would. Item never arrived, so I chased via email. Their customer service is a gmail account (red flag number 1) and despite them saying via email that the item had been dispatched, there was no tracking info given (red flag number 2). The app they provided also never showed the item as dispatched (giant red flag number 3). The item is now 3 weeks late and I've emailed for a refund and had no reply. I'm now raising a dispute to see if I can get my money back via my bank.

Awful. Possibly even a scam website. Go elsewhere - avoid at all costs.

Ordered through ebay UK they won't let you give a truthful response, they sent a used broken tin of paint. Absolutely shocking.

Ordered from them through amazon they Gave a fake royal mail tracking number ! Waited two weeks in the end had to contact amazon for a refund still never received will update if it ever shows up but I highly doubt it will . but we live in hope 😂

Did not arrived on time had no help tracking parcel would not buy anything from they again very poor customer service

Ordered oil through Amazon quantum oil in a cube form 5 litres box , this arrived in the post completely destroyed but not leaking more by pure chance than anything else the package had been put in a plastic postage bag with one thin layer of bubble wrap around it , it begs belief that a company could send oil in the post and expect it arrive in any good condition and at the price of £32 I would have expected just a little thought would have gone into the packaging , be very careful what you order from this company as they don’t really care .

Its a pity we cannot do minus 5 stars as thats where my tick would be. took money on 13th January Still not arrived on 27th January .Avoid this crowd like a sexual disease. CROOKS

Appalling customer service.
Purchased several items from them with no issues.
However when a problem arose they do not respond to any emails.
Absolutely unprofessional company…

Very disappointed. The courier claims they left my item “next to my bin” but when I got home, it wasn’t there. I contacted the seller and was basically told it’s not their problem and that I should sort it out myself. Really poor experience all round. I paid for the item and expected it to actually arrive, not to be left (or lost) somewhere outside my house.

On this occasion, I’ll accept the loss it was only a poxy £10 item but I won’t be using this vendor again.

The items I ordered never turned up and customer service was non-existent, I tried calling where the phone was answered and then I was just left hanging, listening to the background chatter. I was only able to resolve a refund after the hassle of going through credit card provider. They aren't worthy of any further comment other than absolutely appalling, do yourself a favour don't use

Very poor quality cheap looking car seat covers, that looked better in the pics. Asked to return them, but had to wait a long time for any answer to emails. Have sent them back with tracking details and the order details in the box, but they keep asking for tracking details, then order details, when i have already given them. Still waiting for a refund! Very poor customer service. Wouldn't use again.

Parcel not delivered by Evri. Company very slow to respond to email and eventually refunded the basic price but not the postage. They are obviously unaware of their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I would advise against ordering from Xtreme

Ordered a touch up paint for car by number plate. Was a perfect match. Excellent service.

I read some of these reviews after I ordered a bottle of touch up paint for a tectonic silver ford and my heart sank..

Paint arrived to Cork in 5 days,
Perfect match and plenty of it.
Very happy, only thing that let's yas down a bit is emails, I was trying to find out a bit more info but got no replies to the email.

I bought their Heavy-duty Anti-theft wheel clamp for my second-hand dinghy trailer through Amazon. Within weeks, thieves simply bent back one of the arms to remove it, and the dinghy was stolen. Might be a visual deterrent, but from the security point of view it was useless.
