Amazing experience with A&B!
I’ve had the best experience with Austen & Blake! I first reached out to to get an engagement ring for my (then) girlfriend and Molly walked me through the whole process and explained all my options to me clearly and patiently (I have no clue when it comes to rings) which helped a lot.
Thankfully my girlfriend said yes and we’ve just gone back to get our wedding bands which, again, Molly helped us through and got to meet my (now) fiancé.
I’m very grateful to the whole team and would also like to express gratitude to Molly who has been such a massive help throughout the whole process.

Brilliant service and experience
We had such a brilliant experience at A&B Liverpool. We popped in on a whim without an appointment, and Aimee very kindly made time for us, which we were so grateful for.
I had an idea of the ring I wanted, but Aimee really helped us narrow it down to the right carat size and stone quality. Her guidance was so helpful, and we left feeling completely confident that we had chosen my dream ring.
The service was incredible from start to finish. We felt listened to and genuinely valued throughout the process.
I would 100% recommend A&B Liverpool, and especially Aimee. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

The employees at Austen & Blake were…
The employees at Austen & Blake were extremely helpful. They have a plethora of knowledge and simplify everything for you. My son walked away after his initial consolation with a full understanding of what he wanted. They answered all of his questions via email and went above and beyond to help facilitate purchasing the ring that his girlfriend wanted. Multiple of his friends have purchased rings from Austen & Blake and I would highly recommend them.
