We visited the Liverpool store a couple of times before making a purchase. Patrick was very helpful, patient and paid attention to detail on both our visits. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase until we were completely happy. Great service throughout and very happy with my final choice :)

Excellent shop
Excellent shop. Cannot fault them. A stone fell out of my ring just under 5 years from buying it. Took it in expecting to have to pay for a replacement stone. The workshop examined the ring and the design had changed slightly from the time I'd bought mine so that all stones were now held in place more securely. They remade the whole ring free of charge because of the design issue. It took about 4 weeks to get my new ring, the same as when you order one to be made. Collected it from the Liverpool store, where I was served by Tom who had sold it to me previously, he made sure it fitted perfectly and I was happy with the new design which to the eye could not be seen but it did make all the stones more securely set. Also issued a new valuation certificate for insurance purposes, to cover the new ring which had more than doubled in price since buying 5 years ago. Would recommend this company unreservedly.

Aimee in particular was an amazing help, she made the entire process as simple as possible. She was patient and friendly, answering any questions I asked and gave expert advice to help me get the right engagement ring. Absolutely 10/10 customer service

I found Austen & Blake online and decided to have a consultation with them as their reviews where excellent and they did not disappoint!
My consultant was Aimee and she was exceptionally helpful. I went in for an engagement ring for my now fiancé and I had no clue where to begin it all. Aimee was so patient and really seemed to love to the process of helping me find a ring that would be perfect. My Fiancé loves the ring and I would highly recommend Austen & Blake

So happy with my experience
I visited Austen & Blake in Liverpool at the end of January without an appointment and Aimee was more than happy to offer me her time. Samantha was excellent with me when I…
Samantha was excellent with me when I came to the store. I came with my mum with no idea what I wanted and Samantha helped me make the most beautiful ring design from scratch. She took her time with us explaining things with samples to help create the most beautiful of rings whilst still helping me keep within my budget. 10/10 would recommend.
