Great Experience!
We were helped by Sam, who was very attentive and thorough with our engagement ring shopping! We felt very welcome and that she really listened. It was great to see a wide range of designs, including some of the more unusual ones we hadn't seen elsewhere.

Great service!
I went in with a few options for an engagement ring and had a chat with Aimee who was a fantastic help. I'd highly recommend going into the store for a consultation. I wasn't decided on exactly what I wanted so Aimee explained some different options and let me see lots of similar styles to the rings I liked from the website. The service was great and the staff are all very helpful and quick to respond. The ring was ready exactly when they said and my partner loved it.

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience, went ring shopping on a Sunday and couldn’t find anything so I rang Austen and Blake last minute got an afternoon appointment.
on arrival I met Amie who was lovely and wonderful from the moment we walked in, she showed me everything I had pictures of from the website and advised what would be the best to get and what wedding band would go perfectly with my new engagement ring. Was so impressed I purchased both on the day and I am now waiting for my beautiful rings to come in for collection so I can start wearing them. Thank you so much for the experience and making me feel welcome. Thank you again.

Helpful, Positive experience
Aimee was fantastic in helping my fiancée and I pick our ideal rings.
It’s our first (and hopefully) only wedding so we’ve had a fuss making sure it’s all perfect.
Aimee made this part (arguably the most important part!) very easy and stress free.
The rest of the team were all very welcoming when we entered too.
Would recommend!

I found Austen & Blake online as their pricing was generally more competitive and had a good range of lab/natural diamonds online.
I made an appointment and sat down with Aimee who took her time going through all of the options and showing some examples of the rings/stones which really helped me picture what I was buying.

Sam was wonderful
Sam was wonderful. We were very anxious due to being a queer couple. There really was no need. Sam was kind, helpful and listened to our very different wishes.. I chose a ring which was deemed a “man’s ring" which initially made me feel a bit awkward, Sam took that feedback without a flicker. Imagery in store of two women made the experience relaxed, fun and the absolute pleasure it should be. The service given was class. I recently completed my purchase of an engagement ring through Aimee. What a lovely girl and an asset to the company! I actually went in with my partner nearly 2 years ago to start looking for a ring and it was the first shop we went into. Everything was so easy and perfectly thought out from Aimee that we choose the perfect ring we wanted right there and then which is not what we expected from our first ring shopping trip! Birthstone bracelet
Went to Austen & Blake for a birthstone bracelet to commemorate the birth of my daughter. Thomas was really helpful explaining the size of the stone and showing me a ring of similar size so I could get an idea of how it would look. I picked it up today and I'm very happy with it. All of the staff are extremely warm and welcoming and it would be a pleasure to buy more from them in the future.

Amazing experience with A&B!
I’ve had the best experience with Austen & Blake! I first reached out to to get an engagement ring for my (then) girlfriend and Molly walked me through the whole process and explained all my options to me clearly and patiently (I have no clue when it comes to rings) which helped a lot.
Thankfully my girlfriend said yes and we’ve just gone back to get our wedding bands which, again, Molly helped us through and got to meet my (now) fiancé.
I’m very grateful to the whole team and would also like to express gratitude to Molly who has been such a massive help throughout the whole process.
