Great service
Me and my partner went to Liverpool for the night, we had been looking on the Austen and Blake website, so whilst we were there we called into the Liverpool store, we were advised at the time they had a client due in for collection so we returned 20 minutes later, after having a chat with a young lady (sorry can’t remember her name) we ended up with a design and a engagement ring on order, she was very thorough and described everything and listened to all the questions I had asked… engagement ring was ordered at Liverpool and collection is at Newcastle, would recommend and will return for our wedding ring, over the moon. Thank you

Incredibly impressed with Thomas at Austen & Blake
We previously bought our engagement ring here, and were delighted with the service, so returned last weekend to look at wedding rings. As always, the customer service provided by Thomas was excellent - providing honest guidance throughout (and a glass of bubbly to make the selection process more enjoyable!). We're looking forward to picking up the rings in the coming weeks which we know will be perfect - we really do recommend you take a look at this jeweller if you're needing something special.

Amazing jewellers definitely recommend
Would definitely recommend. Helped me through the whole process from design of the ring and went above and beyond allowing me to take a sample ring to use for a proposal abroad whilst the real ring was being made.

I had the pleasure of getting assistance from a lady called Aimee in the Liverpool store. She helped me massively and made the whole ordering process very easy.
