Beautiful Ring
Good appointment availability which is easy to arrange. Lovely enthusiastic lady greeted us upon arrival. Clean and spacious shop no hustle and bustle. Great informative sales lady, we were offered refreshments which made us feel not rushed. We chose the most beautiful ring which was ready for collection within the suggested timeframe.

Good experience
We visited the Chester store looking for our wedding bands. Georgea explained A&Bs approach to jewlerry which we appreciated. They had an amazing selection for us to try on - all of the ones I’d seen online were available. Georgea was fantastic at giving feedback on which band complimented my ring and she kindly sent us a link to each of our options via email.
I’ve since ordered my wedding band. Look forward to it arriving.

Brilliant service and beautiful jewellery
I’ve used Austen Blake several times now and already planning the next purchase.
Staff are always helpful and prices are reasonable, but mostly I appriciate that you can basically have your jewellery made however you like which is hard to come by.

The team Austen and Blake have been brilliant, my partner had purchased my engagement ring from there which was stunning, no detail missed. My husband arranged an appointment with Georgea without my knowledge! Georgea and all the staff were very welcoming. I was choosing a diamond ring for my birthday and Georgea was very helpful and patient with me. Her knowledge was also great. What was also special was the fact that I could chose everything about the ring, which was being made especially for me! Upon collection of the ring I was not disappointed. Would highly recommend.
