They made it so easy from start to finish! Perfect communication! I didn’t have a clue about diamonds beforehand and they walked me through the whole process to the point I felt super knowledgeable about them. I recently purchased an engagement ring from this store with Mariana assisting the purchase. I did my research and looked through their website before booking an appointment. I went to the appointment by myself and the staff at the Chester store took good care of me. Fantastic experience
We visited this jewellers in Chester last Friday. My husband had arranged a surprise appointment for me to choose a new engagement ring for my up coming 50th birthday. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jean & Mariana were so attentive, they made us feel really special! Prosecco was flowing which was lovely. The ring choices were unbelievable, you literally build up your own ring which makes it even more special. Looking forward to receiving my new ring now.
