Just got my bracelet yesterday and I love it!!! It's super pretty and I will wear it.

I have nothing but High Praise for this company! I have had the best, most personalized experience with zero issues. If I have questions, they are answered in a very timely manner and the product I have received has been above and beyond and I receive compliments all the time!

I just received the crystals in the mail and both of them resonated you much with me. The necklace feels so much like it belong around my neck and I feel so uplifted since putting it on. The labordite moonstone crystal feels so good in my hand as I hold it. It feels like I can conquer anything that comes into my path since I been holding it in my hand. It feels so powerful to hold and calming at the same time. I love them both so much.

They’ve recently started this program for people to join as VIP members to get free crystals and all you have to do is pay shipping every month. I thought this would be something exciting. You do have to fill out an application and I don’t actually know if they deny anybody. I signed up before I checked out the actual website and a lot of the stuff seems really pricy with no big array of inventory, so it started to feel a bit off after that. It had me sign in with the shop app for delivery which made me feel a lot more secure about the choice, a label was created the next day and I felt a bit more confident. However after a couple days of no updates on the shop app with the USPS, it said it was still on just label created. I then received an email from Aurabloom with a new email about a tracking number. The first time I clicked on it, it said it was for USPS. The second time I clicked on it, it was for a completely different tracking service I’d never heard of. I looked on here to see if it was legit and found out it was not a credible shipping company with unreliable delivery’s. Already having two different shipping labels I decided to search more information on this VIP subscription aurabloom was offering. I found out many people were being charged more than they should and cancelation was nearly impossible. When you sign up it says you can log in on their website and easily cancel your subscription from there, however when I did this there was no subscription cancellation button, in fact it had said I didn’t have a subscription, which I knew to be false because of my confirmation email. So I emailed their support team which they were very quick to reach back out, my issue was there insistence on a better price. Because my shipping fee hadn’t gone up like some of the other customers, they started saying every other month to every three month payments for a monthly box of crystals. No way can any company afford to give crystals away for free every month with only a once every three month payment for shipping. I’m on my fourth email of trying to politely decline these offers and asking for them to cancel my subscription, I’m honestly not comfortable with them having my card information anymore. Save yourself the trouble and do not fall for this. It feels scammy and they are taking a very begging approach to keeping people on board.

They have great quality crystals for an affordable price and overall are very kind. It’s also very useful that you-get information about the crystal you are receiving.

The light vibration placed over my surgery site helped it feel much better. The.Moon labradorite it’s beautiful. Reminds me of northern lights over a landscape of colors are gorgeous.

I've been charged $21 so far, even though I was told this is free in exchange for my product reviews. All I've received is one crystal and one bracelet . The crystal is black moonstone and it's nice. The bracelet is meh and is made with howlite. Not a fave of mine. It's mass producer and not real pretty. I make jewelry for a living and have for the last 20 years. I can't help but feel this program is not ideal and I don't want any part of that. I've asked several times by email to please cancel me but they don't.

They are scaming people. I a piece and then bought the extra item during the check out process. They then started billing me for a monthly subscription for a price at a much higher rate. I tried to cancel they offered me a less expensive subscription and I accepted until I recieved the package and it was a duplicate item they had already sent. I asked for a refund they refused. Then tried to get me to stay at an even less price point. It is a total scam. They milked me for over $40 and what I recieved wasn't worth more than $10. NEVER AGAIN! DON"T DO IT! Buyer BEWARE!

If you ever want to cancel they make it impossible! I am about 5 emails in and they still have not cancelled my subscription. I do not recommend this service. I am trying to cancel because they changed the shipping cost of the crystals from around $10 to around $25. And the quality is not worth that! Do not waste your money.

I gave this company a chance, but I was disappointed by the outcome.

I signed up for the VIP club and received the introductory rate of about $10. I was fully aware that with each month, I would be charged approximately $25. However, I was alarmed when I was charged an additional fee that they claim is used to help support their staff, and I would be paying it annually. I could not find that information anywhere except in the Terms of Service. When questioning their staff, who were slow to respond, they basically told me that they apologized for my unawareness of the annual fee. I find it predatory that they would hide this additional fee within their ToS, because their marketing makes it seem like you're only paying for a monthly subscription. Furthermore, why would Aurablooms customers need to pay an additional fee to help cover the costs of their staff members? To me, it sounds pretty similar to a wait staff needing to make tips due to earning unlivable, federal wages. Perhaps their CEO or whoever should be paying their staff a livable wage...? Where is the love and light in that?

What added salt to the wound were their constant retention tactics. If I ask to cancel, they give me a discount. If I say it's still too high, they offer me a lower amount and plead with me to stay. Because they were slow to respond, this correspondence lasted much longer than expected, and they would not allow me to cancel for several days. Just as a previous reviewer had stated, it felt as if they were prolonging the cancellation process in hopes that we would reach the next monthly charge date. Again, predatory. After several more back-and-forths, they decided to refund the "annual fee" as another retention tactic.

Aurabloom, with all that has occurred, I am quite disappointed and frustrated to see that businesses like yours exist in spiritual spaces. And yes, I do agree with others that you are better off purchasing from a local store. Save yourself the headaches

I signed up, to get a stone and only pay shipping. It was like $10.
They just tried to charge me $27, for the next stone.
There's no was to cancel on the website.

Not worth it and when u cancel. They didn't cancel properly so u still get charged.

I am leaving a one star review because this company charged me for a subscription service. I could not see on my account that I was signed up for the subscription service, so I could not cancel the subscription service. I am a widow, and my benefits were cut in half this month, so I cannot afford to buy crystals right now. I am upset that they will refuse to refund me my money because their website is set up in a scammy way where you cannot cancel your own subscriptions.

What made my experience good was that I only had to pay for shipping.I am in the club for a free crystal.Every month and I only pay for the shipping.The crystal I received was very good quality very worth.The value and it came very promptly.I couldn't be happier.I can't wait to get my next one.

Working with the Aurabloom support is always great. They're always so helpful and friendly. My last interaction was to change my shipping address and push my payment back a week so I'd be able to afford my continued support for this amazing company. I wish I could rate higher.

Aurablooms customer service was so great they answered any issues or questions I had. I received my crystal of the month it was the Labradorite moon stone the energy emanating off of this beautiful crystal was calming and powerful i used it in my meditation to connect with my spirit guides and was able to connect with them this crystal when added to my crystals I already charge and used amplified my experience 10/ out of 10 would recommend getting this beautiful crystal.
