Terri, the practitioner, made me feel at ease, described what was to happen and removed my earwax, quickly and painlessly. Very friendly and informative, providing leaflet with advices, regarding aftercare!

Troy made me feel welcome and was great at explaining the tech features. I felt valued and I learned so much from the appointment. Very satisfied.

Banka went above and beyond to ensure the hearing aid was right for me.After so many aids that weren't,t particularly good this was much appreciated . Expensive.but very much worthwhile

I have been struggling for a few years with tinnitus and putting off getting hearing aids. I went for a consultation with Troy who matched me with a perfect set of hearing aids within a few days. They have been life changing mostly removing my tinnitus when they are in, I wish I would have went in sooner. The hearing aids also have great connectivity and the support has been fantastic.

Excellent service and life changing product

Hidden hearing Allerton, Liverpool. Very very professional experience with Terri. I have a difficult left ear which required a lot of effort to resolve the wax issue. Terri was v patient and enlisted Lee to assist her with the issue. All sorted now and v happy. Would not go anywhere else in tge future. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at Hidden Hearing at Allerton road, Liverpool.
Troy was very patient and explained everything to me in detail. He also put an app on my phone as I go out socially and this App cuts out background noise.

A friend recommended me to Hidden Hearing on Allerton Road. I had my first appointment with Troy who was very professional and friendly, he completed a very thorough hearing test, explaining everything to my husband and I as he went along, we both felt completely confident in his advice. I’ve had my hearing aids for a couple of weeks now and already they have improved both my hearing and my confidence, especially in group environments. I had my follow up appointment today and again the service was excellent and would recommend them.

Earwax removal and hearing test, very professional service unfortunately the hearing aids are far too expensive.

I had a full hearing check as one of my aids was rattling. The check was carried out in the Allerton Road branch in Liverpool by Troy. Everything about my hearing loss was fully explained and I was consulted right the way through the appointment which lasted an hour and a half. My hearing aids were set up and are both working fine now. I am very pleased with the outcome and the consultation. Troy is a credit to Hidden Hearing.
