Great experience with an earwax removal today. Terry is friendly and fully informs you about what is happening. You see before and after pictures and there is a brief overall hearing test at the end. Pain free and fast with great results. Thank you!

Staff really friendly and always smiling.

My mum is 92 years old and audioligist was very patient with her, taking time to give her information and checking her understanding. Hearing aids are great, making such a difference to the whole family.

I was very pleased with Steven O'Leary and his care fir me. He was through and explained everything. He wasn't trying to push a sale, but allowed me to think what we could afford and what we needed. I would recommend him! The other staff are lovely and friendly too!

Just had earwax removal. The staff explained everything clearly prior to removing the earwax including the risks. Job done... no problem.

I have had a significant hearing loss since birth. After 28 years it's hard to think what else there is to understand about my hearing; yet Troy has continued to inform, educate and support me in a way that is specific to my needs.

I have had my hearing aids from Hidden Hearing/Audika for 3 years and they have been life changing.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find people who are as passionate about their profession than Troy.

I couldn't recommend Audika/Hidden Hearing enough.

Excellent appointment, from Carol on reception, who was welcoming and professional through to a full hearing assessment with Troy, who was an excellent clinician. He was understanding and listened, and explained the results in detail and meaning. I would absolutely recommend.

Troy was meticulous in dealing with every problem of my husbands hearing and the outcome was excellent.

Attended for a hearing test. The test was so thorough using different techniques including my husband. A hearing aid was placed in my ears and I was amazed how clear I could hear. Going to pick up my hearing aid tomorrow and so excited to be getting my clear hearing back. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing
