Helpful, friendly and courteous service from Troy at Allerton Liverpool.

I attended Allerton road, Liverpool and was seen by Josh Devine. I have been Hearing impaired for a number of years. The examination outcome was consistent with previous results. Josh was very friendly and honest during the assessment and the product was very good, however the price was the stumbling block. I may choose to reconsider in the future and would be happy to discuss with Josh again.

Joshua devine MSHAA has showered me with care. Excellent service, can’t recommend highly enough. I first approached hidden hearing after failing a medical examination for the police force. I had already visited boots and spec savers for opinions and hearing tests. They only seemed interested in selling the produce not my care.
Joshua was completely different, he took the time and attention to detail to explain why my hearing was failing and my results.
My aftercare was also second to none as I frequently attended the store due to issues with ears.
Whilst finding a resolution to my hearing problem and my ear problem (ie changing the unit completely) he also went above and beyond in helping me through the medical process with the police force as they asked for various further tests on my hearing.
I would be delighted if Joshua received any recognition for the service he provided and am happy for a correspondence to verify this information. Thanks again Joshua you’ve given back a little piece of my life. All the best

Joshua Devine .was so nice and helpful. He is very good at his job

Joshua was really patient and understanding and explained everything very well. He's an inspiration, thank you 😊

Yearly check up with Joshua at Allerton in Liverpool and as always warmly welcomed by reception staff. As well as full hearing assessment Joshua sorted out the app on my mobile that I’d been having problems with, much appreciated.

Welcoming staff.

My wife visited Hidden Hearing this afternoon. She was attended to by Joshua Devine who she found most attentive and understanding. He went the extra mile in making sure everything was to her satisfaction. He made the visit such a pleasant experience. Many thanks

Joshua was wonderfully helpful. Taught me how to use hearing aids using my iPhone. All detail was fully explained in a friendly and professional manner. I was exceedingly impressed with the interaction. Thanks very much. I am more than confident now.

Very thorough and a lot happier with hearing as everything was explained properly by Troy. Brilliant service and would recommend to all.

Troy was amazing! I went because of my tinnitus, he was so patient in explaining everything and took tests that I've never done before. Thanks to him I found out that the sensitivity in my ears is no connected to my tinnitus, and we discussed possible solutions.

Super recommended :)

Only went because my family was getting on at my to get my hearing checked. I didn't think there was a need. How wrong was I!! The sirvice I got from the staff was the best. They checked my hearing very thoroughly. Was amazed at the difference it made. If you have any doubts just get a check up. You will not regret it.

My mother had an at home appointment and the Audiologist Sophie was amazing, immediately put my mother at ease, answered all her questions and was patient and understanding .. would highly recommend

Professional staff.
Troy has been very helpful as always.

Great customer service, exceptionally friendly staff, impressive visit.

I cannot speak more highly of the Hidden Hearing Team at Allerton Road, Liverpool. Their friendly, knowledgable and caring approach to sourcing the right hearing aids for my personal circumstances has been nothing more than exemplary.
I have tried a number of High Street hearing specialists only to be frustrated with the outcome. Hidden Hearing has literally changed my life for the better.
