Risposta di Audika - Lincoln
Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the hearing aids; that's certainly not what we want.
Following your review, we have reminded the Lincoln hearing centre to contact you in early January, which we understand was the plan when the Hearing Aid Dispenser saw you in December. We hope we can find a solution that benefits your hearing; it does seem as though the Lincoln hearing centre are working hard to find the right solution for you.
If you need any immediate assistance before January, our Customer Services team are available on 01622 775191 / 0800 740 8796. We will do our best to assist where we can. Please note that the Lincoln hearing centre are not contactable until the 3rd January 2023.
Thank you for reaching out in the meantime.
Kind Regards,

My hearing aids have made a huge difference to my life
I saw hidden hearing on line I thought why not, my wife thought I was going deaf, I made my appointment and received excellent service and support.
I started wearing them in Januery and I have not looked back. I would and have already recommended one person and they were also pleased with the service they received.
