Excellent service over and above what might be expected.

I had a six-month review . As usual this was very thorough but the appointment was un-rushed and makes sure that my hearing aids are adjusted to take account of any changes in my hearing. I expect friendly and expert service and that is exactly what I get from Hidden Hearing

I had a blocked ear and felt lopsided so booked in for an appointment to have my ear wax removed. I saw Clare who was friendly, professional and gave me good advice on how to maintain good ear health. I had to have 3 appointments to remove the stubborn and well compacted ear wax, but I'm now able to hear better and no longer feel lopsided. I'd like to thank Clare and the Hidden Hearing Team for providing a great service.

Great service and advice from Mark at Hidden Hearing in Lincoln and I always look forward to having my 6 monthly check up.

I have been attending the clinic in Lincoln for more than 2 years and have always received an excellent service from all staff. Mark, the hearing aid dispenser, is very professional and extremely thorough. He spends time explaining the issues pertaining to my particular problem and I always feel able to ask questions about options. Any issues with my hearing aids are dealt with promptly. A first class service which merits 5 stars.

The service and advise I received at the Lincoln office with Mark and his staff was excellent. I now better understand my hearing aid. Mark made some adjustments to the devise to my advantage.
I'm due an appointment on 10th Oct' for further a follow up.

I'm happy to say that I've outlasted my first hearing aids so I turned to Hidden Hearing for my new ones. Very wise choice. My new Oticon aids are terrific. As for Mark the Audiologist and his team, they go the extra 63,360 inches. It's great to feel a bit pampered and it's great to hear all the things I'd never realised I'd been missing. Give 'em a visit. You won't be sorry.

The gentleman who conducted my test was fabulous - he was very clear and explained each of the tests he was carrying out and why. I found him very personable and kind. The only reason I took away a star is that the room I went in was not soundproofed so I could hear the chatter of other clients/staff through the wall and door. It was really off putting trying to hear small noises in a test when I could hear other people.

I was for a repair for my Dutch hearing aid in Lincoln. Although it was foreign and not the basic English brand, Mark was, after investigation, able to repair it. Top class!!!

Made welcome from the first visit. Every thing was explained and nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and professional. Would answer any questions regarding hearing and hearing aids. A pleasurable experience.

I've been using this business for ten years. They are very professional and are gentle when examining my ears. My new hearing aids have really made a difference to my life.

I went to the Lincoln branch and the staff were friendly and professional. Mark, who conducted the hearing test was very informative and thankfully not pushy (which would have really put me off).
Although I won't be purchasing any hearing aids at this time I feel I had good service.

I am not happy with my hearing aids and I haven't found any advantage to having or using them.

Another excellent wax removal from Jan at Lincoln. Not only a great job done but also very good advice on looking after my ears.

I just had a fantastic experience. Jan removed my earwax. Quickly, professionally, free from any pain or discomfort. The front of house person was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend Hidden Hearing.
