I was born six months after the NHS was founded, and for my entire life to date the NHS has looked after my well-being. For the last sixty years on a regular basis it has treated me for earwax build up, and now, when I’m at my most vulnerable and poorest, they pulled my treatment advising me to go private!

Thankfully I discovered Hidden Hearing. My criteria for ear suction was cost, then service, and finally user feedback. Hidden Hearing ticked all three, and I’m pleased to say I’m not disappointed.

Claire was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Despite this being far from my first time for ear suction she explained everything to me, showed me images of the wax build-up (before and after), and told me how and why wax builds up, and what she could do to be rid of it.

None of the above happened with the NHS - except the removal (which on a few occasions never got it all out … I saw the before and after images this time thanks to Claire).

I’ve already booked my next appointment. Thank you, Hidden Hearing, Lincoln.

Audio test was very good but was encouraged to have the £6,000 hearing aids or no lower than the £5,300 pair.
And then a few days later I got an e mail offering me a discount.
THE INCREDIBLE SUM OF £25.
Their preferred hearing aids are available MUCH cheaper from other suppliers and I will not pay their inflated prices!

Mark and the staff at The Lincoln branch were all absolutely brilliant this morning. He took the time to conduct a really thorough examination and evaluation of my hearing performance and tinnitis condition. I’d like to convey my most sincere thanks to you all for your help. So very much appreciated. Amazing service.

Mark is very knowledgeable when it comes to hearing and hearing aids.
He explains everything thoroughly and makes appointment very easy and came away with new hearing aids that I know will be more beneficial to me.

Mark was very friendly and thorough. He explained everything to us. We were very impressed with him and Hidden Hearing company.

After a long time of not hearing as well as I should I bit the bullet and went to Hidden Hearing to get it sorted. Mark fills you with the confidence to make the decision to get help.

The excellent service begins with a unique friendly welcome at reception, giving an immediate update on the timings of appointments and offering a cup of tea/coffee etc.
When I have my ears cleaned the two ladies, Emma & Clare are extremely enthusiastic about their work that you know their treatment will be completed fully and never half-heartedly.
Mark undertakes my annual hearing review/test. Being a sufferer of deafness himself he can relate to my personal problems and how the environment affects me. Importantly he encourages me to wear my hearing aids and can demonstrate why.

I took my Mum to Hidden Hearing am so glad we did as we would have never met Mark he is a credit to the company he explained everything his manner was so carming we after being there a few minutes we knew we were in safe hands this man is amazing he understands your needs and he works with you he isn't someone that wants to sell you hearing aids he understands what you are going through he has giving my Mum to be able to join in with the world and we will for ever grateful to Mark thank you so much Mark

Mark was very good, in every way, explaining all aspects in being hard of hearing very clearly. The price range of the hearing aids was very costly.
Hopefully my circumstances will change and I will be able to afford one in the future.

Mark was the consummate professional. Took time to explain the technical details and made my wife and I at ease. Excellent service from Mark in Lincoln.

My father has hearing aids from Hidden Hearing ( Lincoln). Following an earlier visit he was advised to see his GP to have his ears cleaned of wax. The GP receptionist said “no”. We muddled on with a branded ear wax softener, to no avail. Having reached the point where the buildup of wax seriously impaired his hearing ( with his aids in place), Janine made a home visit. I explained that the surgery had refused to help. An appointment was made, within the hour, to have Hidden Hearing perform the task at a cost of £50. We attended today and Clare Fordham duly “cleaned him out”. This took a painless 20 minutes, whilst I was served with coffee. What a marvelous company. The staff are caring, gentle and explain each step of the way. What a team! Two days ago I received a telephone call from the local doctors surgery asking me to make an appointment for my fathers ears to be sorted. Janine, following her last visit, had kindly written to them. Most odd eh?
