The audiologist was thorough asking me questions about my experiences with the hearing aids over the past year. He examined my ears and gave me several tests explaining the findings and how he would update the prescription. I received replacement filters and `buds`. Also, an appointment for a year`s time was booked. I know I can ring anytime or visit Hidden Hearing if I require any information or help regarding my hearing aids.

The staff were very friendly and the experience was pleasant. As well as a full explanation about the procedure that allowed me to be comfortable following it.

The appointment was made swiftly for me, they were professional and adhered to the good practice guidelines. The audiologist was very good is finding out my hearing loss issues and my lifestyle which enabled them to recommended the type of hearing aids that would suit my needs best. I had done my research beforehand so learned what was currently available on the market.Unfortunatly Hidden Hearing do not publish their price list for the products they sell, consequently when I was given the cost of my recommendation I was a little shocked. I decided to go away and decide later, then found the same ones £2000 less from an other reputable company offering the same aftercare package. So don't be perswaded to part with any money until you are certain you are getting the best you can afford at the best price currently available. A good bit of advice is to seek out and independent audiologist in your area as they are non biased and will give you the best advice available without you spending anything and some even will let you trial some hearing aid for free before you make that very important purchase.

I was a baby who had German mesals and was not exspekted to live but I did.

So all my 6o years of life I had to fight to go to school get into tec at Barnsley,
When I got ill at 17 fight to live a gain tride to get a job at 19, at 22 had to fight to keep my baby witch became a 7 year fight,
So to have a add telling me testers are neaded and them be told it would be £7000.00 to have the earing aids
I was very disappointed
As I new £200 a month is not in my budget and I felt embarrassed to say I had no money to pay for me to hear.
So yeas test good acoret to my NHS test

I was seen by a lovely lady Jan for wax removal. She explained everything that was going to happen in detail and showed me the instruments she would be using which really put me at ease. The procedure was painless and really effective, she showed me the before and after pictures. As my ear was a little red she told me to come back if I had any issues at all or in 2 weeks so she could check on it. She gave me advice for preventing this in the future and was really forgiving as I had been given bad advice which made her job more difficult than it should have been. I have already recommended them to a colleague and would not hesitate to come back

A comprehensive hearing test was carried out very professionally. There was a test with the top range device which was very good. Ther was 3 levels of devices on offer but no test with those lower down the range. The disappointing aspect was the pricing which at £4000 for the base model and £6000 for the top is well out of reach for most people. There are models on the Internet which may not .match those on offer but at less than £500 could offer a reasonable improvement.

I went to your Doncaster branch and the Treatment I had from Jan was excellent. It was the second time I had been, everything is explained to you and is done in such a pleasant environment. I would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family.

I found Jan to be very professional and put me at ease when I had my ear wax removed in Doncaster this morning and at £50 for both ears, I didn't feel that was too much so overall an enjoyable experience would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing and Jan.

Only thing that stopped me buying a new pair is the ones I want are over £1,500. In this day and age, and most pensioners can't afford them.
