I am 80 and find myself unable to hear my grandchildren clearly which frustrates me and them. I tried amplifiers but in family gatherings it was very confusing. I was dubious about these but for comparative little money they were worth a try. After only two weeks I can hear my family clearly and the tv is now a pleasure rather than a pain

Been struggling with nhs earring aids , so I’ve been looking at this company for some while , decided to give it a try , had aids two weeks now each day is a bonus as you get used to how they work etc . Comfort in ear is good charging is simple and button information gets better as you understand how you want to establish sound etc for your own comfort .. well pleased .

Great product, not disappointed at all.

Had my hearing tested and then decided to see on line what aids were available! Came across hear well and ordered a pair. What a difference they make and very happy with the price. The supplied videos helped me set them up and I am delighted. My wife is going to order a set now. Absolutely delighted with my new hearing aids

Saw these hearing aids advertised on Facebook and was sceptical. My wife has hearing issues and NHS waiting time is lengthy so decided nothing ventured....
The aids arrived promptly and it didn't take too long for my wife to figure the correct size ear pads and best fit. The effect on her hearing has been excellent, the tv volume is reduced by 6 or more settings and I no longer have to shout to be heard. They're comfortable to wear all day and battery life seems excellent.
Trying to order additional accessories is proving problematical at present so I've dropped a star for that. I'm waiting to see how the company resolves that.

Excellent support from the Hear Well team prior to and after receiving the hearing aids. Product easy to set up and use: significant improvement. Woukd recommend product.

The hearing aids are well worth the price. You get five different size tips so there's bound to be a good fit. Charging in the box is easier than changing batteries.

Hi like I said before, these are the best aids I have come across so far for the money I am going to persevere with them, still have some issues keeping them in but I am trying different size tips, regards Mr Padden.

I had a pair of custom made to measure hearing aids from a major supplier yes they worked well but I did find them hot and itchy and after nearly 3 years one disintegrated not wishing to spend over another £3000 I thought I would try the pair on facebook what had I to loose , extremely pleased with them when they arrived took a few tries with different size cones on the left ear but got it right eventually very happy with result

Very smart hearing aids, I am still trying the different settings to find best for me.
Family think they are great as they can turn TV down now.
Easy to fit & remove to store & charge in easy to carry case.

The earing aids have turned my life around I can hear every conversation going on absolutely brilliant and the price is amazingly it was worth the risk well done Hearwell.

UPDATE:
I have been in contact with them and they are really making it hard to return.
Lots of questions, photos which is fine. There making it so long winded to stop anyone sending them back.
Now we have to send a video of the faulty one, what a joke.

Don't go with this company. You can not get in touch with them.
Will be taking this further.

As they say, they do what it says on the box! Alright I'll admit to having a few difficulties getting to use the hearing aids easily, but it was well worth the perseverance...they really are excellent value

I had trouble at first with feedback just in the left ear but after trying a different size ear bud its all right now. They are comfy and with the different volume settings makes it better.
