Jan was brilliant. She made me feel so much at ease. She explained things clearly. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks Jan! The woman on reception was also warm, friendly and nice to talk to whilst waiting for my appointment.

Using the very latest technology the audiologist carried out a thorough examination and presented the results and recommendations in a highly professional manner.

I visited the branch in Doncaster they were very good very impressed with the service. Patient, professional and made me feel at ease

The wife was having trouble in hearing, went to the doctors and received the appointment which added her to the 18 months waiting list. Say no more!!. so see was feeling worse made the appointment at Hidden Hearing Doncaster, fantastic service and Waleed Rizwan was so caring, he has helped her 100% in confidence as she can now hear and I am not defend by the TV any more. Can only recommend to any person who is having trouble hearing.

I made an appointment for ear wax removal and Jan took excellent care of me,she explained the procedure to me and answered any questions I had,micro suction went well and she found that I had a fungal infection,advising me on treatments for my problem.a follow up appointment was scheduled, all included in price,£50,I have obtained medication so thankyou Jan and hidden hearing.

1st class hearing test and fantastic earing aids but far far too exspensive.sorry

Fantastic reception staff!!!! Wonderful audiologist, so informative and ultra professional in a friendly, patient way because I had a lot of questions. Signed up for hearing aids straight away after years of NHS ones once I realised the difference in quality. I pick them up on Tuesday and am so excited to enter the world of clear, sharp hearing. David is always first class and very knowledgeable about all the hearing products.

Had my first check up with Jan after ear wax removal last year, me thinking everything was fine I was soon advised there was a build up again but in no time at all Jan had it cleared. I explained to her that my old mum was having issues with her ears and in no time at all had an appointment booked for the very next day, needless to say the problem was dealt with, Mum's over the moon, these guys are great from Stepping through the doors they are super friendly, reassuring and professional and best of all they don't pressure you... So a big thank you to Jan and all at the Doncaster branch absolute stars.

From walking through the door I felt relaxed even though I was initially nervous. Met David he was brilliant, informative, and caring. Certainly thorough with all the tests but talked me through them. Never felt pressured and certainly no sales pitch. Just a genuine professional offering a first class service. Highly recommend him and the receptionist was lovely too. Sorry I didn't get her name x
