We were met with very friendly receptionist and a confident, friendly and obviously highly skilled audiologist. Excellent experience

I was seen by David in the Doncaster branch, what an experience. Everything regarding my ears was explained. I didn't realize how bad my hearing was. I have a word for people who know what they're doing and on top of that are really passionate about it, 'expert'. There was nothing he didn't know about hearing, ears or sound. A true expert. The Hearing Aids were something else, the result was mind blowing. I would suggest everybody sees David in Doncaster

David is always very helpful and explains everything in detail very clearly.

Listened to the difficulties, re checked my hearing. Reset my hearing aids to reduce the problem of hearing when other sounds are around.
David is very understanding and explaines everything very well.

Staff are always So friendly! This helps as I suffer with anxiety. Everything was explained (new gadgets!) very thorough. Spent time asking questions and letting us answer.

I have autism and find it difficult for people to touch, but even worse when the process is invasive, having to stay calm and seated and not react violently. So I arrived to have wax removed from my ears, which in the past it was done my my doctors using warm water and suction. But today they use a simpler process that is very precise and uses a camera and a small sucking needle to lift the lump of wax out of my ear. So I had to remain still and ignore someone sat within inches of my face, sticking a needle in my ear. Luckily Jan French, the women behind the needle was very patient with me and even though I told her later about my autism, she explained everything perfectly and allowed my to rattle on, as I do when asked open questions. I did cough without warning during the procedure, which scared Jan, but everything went smoothly. Thanks for making it a relaxing procedure, didn't have too much anxiety due to the women holding the implement and taking her time to explain things.

My first visit and very impressed with mr David Shaw explained the situation very well. Put at ease immediately talking to him.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum who has seen Kathryn today and could not praise her enough. Kathryn has been very helpful, spoke louder so I understand her. Great service.

From booking the hearing test the staff were warm welcoming and helpful, we went on the Wednesday for a very thorough hearing test with David he fully included my husband during the test explaining every step.we we called into hidden hearing on the Thursday to let them know that we accepted the terms David again answered any questions we had,on the Friday we collected the hearing aids again David went through everything and explained things fully and clearly. From reception to the audiologist everyone was friendly and professional, excellent service would highly recommend

Really friendly and welcoming. Very professional. Enough time is allocated for the appointments and you don't feel rushed. And always offered a cuppa :)

Attended Doncaster store yesterday for hearing test , was a little sceptical as to if we would get the hard sell , but honestly was a fabulous experience had a free hearing test and was told I had very good hearing so no further intervention needed from hidden hearing. Would absolutely recommend

I’ve been going to Hidden hearing for a year or so, and they’ve been absolutely great. I have persistent ear wax and weird shaped ear canals, but they always manage to get it sorted. Shout out to Jan French who always makes me feel at ease as well as giving great advice.

Good check up and service

Very professional service. Booked in the day before at short notice which was perfect. Definitely recommend if anyone is struggling with blocked ears.
