Great marketing - poor service ! Took ages to finally get a hearing test. Then they tried to charge me £6k for a pair of "hidden" hearing aids (which I declined)
Got a phone call from them 3 weeks later offering £1k off !
Prospective customers be very wary !!

Went to Hidden Hearing today in Doncaster to have microsuction, my hearing was bad especially in my left ear which was near on deaf. Felt a little nervous when I went in but was instantly put at ease by Kathryn who was amazing. Had the procedure done straight away by Jan who again was amazing and made me feel at ease. Left with my hearing back to normal and happy. I carnt thank Kathryn and Jan enough, they where both fantastic and the sevice they provide is second to none. I Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Doncaster. 🙂

From the reception to the consultant all were very friendly & all was handled professionaly

Liam and janine at hidden hearing are both amazing, Liam did my initial test and fitted the hearing aids answered all questions I had as well as questions from my mam. Janine came out to do my follow up to see how I was getting on was ever so friendly and helpful. Both made me feel listened to and were so helpful would highly recommend their service to anyone.

It’s amazing experiences, the staff - Jan French id very nice and demonstrates very detailed about everything before starting the wax removal, love it , definitely recommended.

I attended hidden hearing with my partner and was very impressed with how professional, polite and understanding everyone was from Kathryn the receptionist and David the consultant.

I visited the Doncaster branch this morning and was the service provided by Kathryn and Waleed was excellent. I'm sure a lot of people, like me, feel unsure about having hearing aids but I could not be happier with the results of my consultation. Waleed takes time to explain everything and the tests are very thorough and as a result I am having my hearing aids fitted next month, the difference they make is amazing.

Very professional, efficient staff who were friendly and informative. Jan quickly put me at my ease, explained the process fully and solved my ear problem.

My wife and i were referred from our local chemist for a hearing test. My wife’s hearing was found to be good whereas mine was found to be lacking. The staff at Hidden Hearing were friendly and efficient.
The hearing test was comprehensive and I cannot fault this or the advice on hearing aids. The only downside was the price, otherwise it would be be a 5star rating.

I have used this service for many years and have always found every member of staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They make me feel at ease and explain everything very well. I have just purchased my third hearing aid from you and you fixed my old one too. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing I have against Hidden Hearing is that they do not automatically give me a copy of my audio test results or even ask if I would like one. I always have to ask for it afterwards.
