Went for Annual check and as usual very thorough. Always welcoming and more than ready to answer any questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lily was amazing! I would recommend her to everyone. She was very patient and helpful. She spoke very clearly and helped me sort out all my issues with my hearing aids. Thank you so much Lily!

The experienced staff are always friendly and helpful. Good advice is always given regarding new products, although there is no hard sell. Any problems are dealt with quickly.

Every part of the process was straight-forward, and any queries were explained in full. The audiologist was extremely helpful, and certainly knew her subject, and all presented in a friendly manner.

Outstanding service, I have had several tests at other companies and this one was by far the most thorough. Grace, the audiologist was meticulous and gave me ample information to make decisions regarding my hearing. I am thoroughly pleased with my new hearing aids and am very much enjoying hearing so clearly again! The staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are always polite and accommodating on the phone. Its great having someone on the front desk who also wears hearing aids and can relate to what I'm going through. Highly recommend!

My annual follow up appoint is due in April. I was contacted by the Branch who could / would only offer a late afternoon appointment which was in convenient for me. I was told it had to be in the afternoon as all morning appointments were reserved for emergencies.

This unwanted appointment was confirmed by email, which also offered were to ring if this was unsuitable. Having rung this number I was offered a new date and time which fully met my needs. This date and time has been forwarded as a email reminder almost almost daily for the past two weeks.
Today, I have been rung to be informed this arranged appointment is now not available and I was again pressed to accept an afternoon slot. Having politely expressed my displeasure at the lack of flexibility I was eventually offered a 12.00 appointment, which hopefully still be available come the day.

Hearing aid required a reset after repair. Called in unannounced and the job was done and complete within half an hour.

I thought my wife's lack of attention was due to a hearing defect.
In fact it seems that it was early stages of dementia.
None the less Aids (top of the range) were recommended by Hidden Hearing.
She is now in a Care Home and seems to hear perfectly without hearing aids.
Were they mis-sold? I cannot possibly say.
Was she able to recognise when she should press the button during the test? I cannot possibly say.
Will they refund?
No -
but they have offered to give them to a charity - if I post them back to them.
I will hand them personally to another, rather than risk them being lost in the post.

In November 2021 I went for test and hearing aids were recommended. I plumped for the most expensive pair. I subsequently found out I could buy the aids for approximately £1000 less from another local audiologist, so I cancelled with Hidden. They were straight on the phone to me saying there would be a sale day coming up and I could purchase the aids for less. I stuck with Hidden but did feel pressured.
The aids have been Ok, although I would have expected a better result.
Last week the right hearing aid wouldn't stream telephone calls or music. I contacted the local office for a solution. They told me what to do but it was not a total fix. I emailed again and asked for an appointment - they have ignored me.

I would not recommend going here for an appointment. The hearing test was fine but I walked out feeling patronised and unwelcome after not requiring hearing aids.
With an opening question of why we had gone private instead of NHS. Then repeatedly told about the expensive cost of hearing aids. It came across as I was being judged as not being a serious customer. Finance is not a problem for me, if I did need hearing aids I would still pay for them being private, but from elsewhere.

Very helpful and professional. The hearing aid is giving me my hearing back very easy to use . Would recommend to anyone with hearing problems ..

A good follow-up on previous consultations. Lily is very persuasive, but also gives a lot of good advice. I was ver impressed with her knowledge, and also the hope she gave me that my hearing could be further improved, so much so that I have signed up for a trial with an improved (higher tech.) system. I just hope it will fulfil the promise, as the improvement is well worth the expense.
