The tests were comprehensive, and everything was clearly explained. I was most impressed.

On time appointment, well explained what was going to happen, test details and guidance all the way through in a very friendly environment.

The Hidden Hearing team in Cheltenham are wonderful. Sharon on the reception is so welcoming. Grace is quite simply brilliant. So knowledgeable, patient and kind with my elderly step father. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for hearing advice.

Really friendly professional service

This is second hearing test since needing aids. The first from a high street shop was short & somewhat impersonal. My second at Hidden Hearing was extensive & personal to me. Grace asked what I wanted from my hearing aids, background noise etc. Excellent service & care, I will soon be receiving my new aids which have been set up for me.

Not my first ever hearing test but this was done very efficiently, each step of the test explained. I was totally at ease throughout the very professionally delivered experience and there was no pressure selling. A whole range of hearing aids on offer and at your personal requirement and budget to suit. Recommended!

The audiologist was very experienced and she gave a thorough explanation of the reasons for each exercise. She took care to ensure that my friend and I understood the process in detail and I was able to analyse the results.

As usual we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and put at ease.The actual mot was well explained and was painless but authoritive. No problems with hearing but an infection found in left ear.Grace and Sharron made the visit pleasant and relaxing.
