A lesson in how to treat people. Excellent service
I was offered a home visit which made things so much easier for me. Simon was brilliant. Really explained things well and didn't mind what questions I asked. He answered them all. very knowledgeable, very patient and approachable. Excellent. service, can't fault it and would highly recommend.

Grace was very professional from start…
Grace was very professional from start to finish. I over-ran my 75 minute appointment without being made to feel rushed. I was allowed to walk outside with hearing aids on so that I could hear the real-world difference. I was offered two solutions with top-of-the-range Oticon aids with free after sales support. Only negative was that the aids were more expensive than expected.
