I have to say, the best customer service and experience I have ever had with a storage unit company. the people who looked after us was Maria Basile, Andre Campbell and James the Manager of the store.

they understand how to take care of people, and how to resolve problems quickly and professionally. More like hosting storage.

Also, the Harrow site is new, super clean, bright, smells good and has music playing - the best experience I have had with a company of this nature, form phone interactions to in-person.

I spoke with Maria and Maria has been excellent throughout the whole of my query going above and beyond, cannot thank her enough so friendly and lovely

So far so good! I moved my stuff in today and all the staff have been very helpful, including the 3 weeks leading up to today

Both Marco and his colleague were really nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable especially in the middle of the stressful process of moving out. Marco helped me alot and he did not leave me until I learned everything about the storage and the application. He was really nice and patient. Excellent, Easy and Efficient

I mean where do i start... i think attic has mastered every department and with total ease. Ive been with them for almost a year and honestly cant find any faults everytime i go, the Harrow branch team have been amazing and in particular Marco!, excellent customer service!

We been at Harrow branch just over 2 years we were impressed from day one with the facilities but what we liked best is the 24hr access 7days a week that suited our needs.
We always found all the Staff very helpful ready to resolve any issues we had with our units we've seen Marie & Marco there a lot the last few months we believe their customer service skills are second to none whatever you ask either of them they have the answer even when we hit a problem on many occasions the matter was quickly taken care of always in a professional matter

Having used Attic twice now, they are definitely my go to for personal and business use (used another branch with a former company I worked for).

There is very competitive pricing and the staff are just excellent. The Harrow branch, particularly Maria, Marco and Samir were incredibly friendly and supportive of our needs. They're always listening and ready to help, and are just generally all around nice people.

The facilities are great; units are clean and spacious with a variety of sizes and has great security. 24/7 access is a bonus as it means you don't need to bother staff and aren't stressing about making time up, which is helpful when we're moving and can't always make the times work.

Highly recommend using Attic, especially Harrow if you can!
