Really friendly staff (Marco), helped me through the whole process despite the fact I’d managed to mess up the online booking. Very friendly and helpful, would use this location for storage in London again.

A very positive experience from start to finish. I booked on the day and the online check-in process took less than 10 minutes and was straightforward to complete. I was particularly impressed that there were no nuisance sales calls afterwards, which made the whole process feel professional and customer-focused.

On arrival, I was offered a coffee during check-in, which was a nice touch. The staff were excellent throughout – Marco at the reception desk was welcoming, helpful, and efficient, while Jacob was great to deal with on the phone and answered all my questions clearly.

The app was easy to use, making access simple without any fiddling around with padlocks or having to purchase one separately. Everything felt modern and convenient.

I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a very useful £20 voucher that I could spend in-store, which was an unexpected bonus. Moving my boxes in was quick and hassle-free.

Overall, excellent service, friendly staff, and a smooth customer experience. I would happily recommend them.

Derek was really helpful, even when it was coming to closing time, he still did everything he was meant to do for me. And he made sure I got everything I needed.He got the man+van for transportation who was also very helpful he really went extra mile.

Attic self-storage is your best option!!! Marco and Andre are staffs. They are very nice and friendly. I got a tasty coffee from Andre that I would recommend to my friends. Please choose coffee instead of tea, you won’t regret that. And the experience to store my stuff is easy peats. Marco showed me steps by steps. You don’t need to worry about the procedure. I will rate 10/10 instead of 5 stars.

I had very bad experience as customer service with Andre Campbell, we have unit from last 4 years, that person is very rude and racist, he passed statements many times, and big issue with him is is entering in unit without permission, and opening unit anytime, as i had experienced with him so many times, i raised complaint with samir also. So be careful.
