Very good facility. All the team members (I dealt with Maria and Samir in particular) are very kind and helpful, and offer very thorough explanation and advice about how to use the facility.

I have been here since they opened on the first day. I have moved several times to different units and they have always been supportive. Take in my delivery and put it all together for me and ensure it’s all safe. Mainly Marco and Maria who always phone me to let me know I have delivery and always helping move units.

Leigh has been great help any time need extra pair of hands. Rest of the team are also polite and go the extra mile.

Had a great experience as a first time customer. Andre especially is always super friendly, approachable and kind and goes out of his way for his customers and it’s much appreciated! Lee and the team also.

I have a Storage Unit with the Harrow Branch and it probably works out ££££ better than Big Yellow BUT we only decided to go with ATTIC because of the FANTASTIC customer service we got from @ the store, Especially a Big Shout out to Marco who helped me find the best storage unit for my needs and has and still is very helpful, always happy to help with anything I need, also on my arrival at the store we were welcomed by such friendly and happy staff who guided us through the process. Would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a stress free experience.
