I used Atlantic Timber for a DIY project. The web site had a fantastic range of sizes and a very wide choice of timber products with competitive prices. The team were very helpful with my order and the delivery team to our house were superb.
Very professional ,customer friendly and I would definitely buy from again.

Very poor communication, un reliable delivery , service and support , poor customer relations

Excellent quality timber
excellent packaging
Arrived the next day via overnight delivery

Good quality timber and quick delivery

I was delighted they had fhe timber I wanted at a fair price. On my order I put a specific request for dispatch as soon as possible as my customer was in a hurry. It wasn't despatched until 6 days later! When I contacted them after four days and no parcel to track, they told me nonchalantly that dispatch was backed up and it could be up to a week.
Then they gave nonoption apart from next day delivery which was very very expensive. But pointless if you're going to delay dispatch that long.
The timber was extremely well packaged and high quality.

Great products, have been returning for more. Delivery a bit pricey, but that’s postal services not the company, and even with that I only order certain things from AtlanticTimber! They also have great communication, whenever i asked questions on products, the answer came quickly.

Excellent company good service to the woods that I ordered was so well packaged thank you!!!!

Always friendly, sound advice and good service.

I order Birch Ply with Atlantic as I find the service and quality better than anywhere else. The most recent order was delivered to South West Scotland. Everything on the pallet was perfectly cut and really well packaged so just ready to go right away without any hassle. Lewis in particular was great getting the cutting list priced up. Highly recommend!

Good value prices and excellent communication regarding my order including flexibility regarding delivery, which is most appreciated.

I used Atlantic several times during a project, and they never let down. Good products, timely shipping. Will use them again.

Very good product, sent quickly
