All of our Aspiga gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, so it’s most likely that the correct expiry date would be September 2027 rather than September 2026. We’re sorry for any confusion caused and would be happy to look into this further if needed.

Beautiful dress and such a lovely colour
But looked like a rag on delivery, it was so creased it looked awful when I first tried it on but I steamed it and then it tried it again and it was fine. I think I expected the dress to arrive in perfect condition due to the cost

I usually buy a pair of the Kenyan sandals every year. Delighted with these, love the colours and the padded sole makes them very comfortable.

The dress was very pretty lovely colours but the sizing was way too big for me even xs
Because I liked the dress so much I altered the dress to fit me !
Most xs dresses fit me from different makes so that was the only disappointment

My order was for 2 pairs of earrings
My order was for 2 pairs of earrings
& Mykonos dress in cheetah petite
—all in stock & paid for
I received one pair of earrings -that was it !
No email no invoice notification as to stock issues, possibly coming from another store -nil communication
2 wks in I called Aspiga
Apathetic is the tone I would say was used definitely not apologetic or “let’s get this sorted!”
I was advised that stock would be in within 2 weeks -let’s see
A week has passed already
No email of concern,updated information
I’m not a new customer of aspiga in fact I could open my own shop with my husbands shirts & his fluctuating sizes
I don’t know if you’ve had a re-org or changed who you recruit for your customer service but this time I’ll not be singing your praises -utterly disappointed which feels like I’ve been let down by a friend -as I was brand loyal
Your staff in windlesham shop did everything to try to placate me but the stock just isn’t there
ADVICE -don’t advertise items you do not have to sell or provide especially as I paid by credit card for added protection which now I’ve had to pay interest on

Aspiga are a good company to deal with
Aspiga are a good company to deal with. Customer experience was straightforward and positive. Delivery of goods was prompt.
The only point I would make is that the ankle straps on the sandals I bought needed to be about one inch longer. The quality of the footwear was so good however I will keep them and have additional elastic extended on the buckles to fit comfortably around my ankles.
