Amazing company and beautiful items.

I loved the dress purchased. Very good quality. I ordered one item that wasn’t suitable for me, I returned it and received a refund promptly. I will definitely order more from Aspiga.

Awful shopping experience when I had my niece with me in store. The stool in the dressing room was already falling apart with tape holding it together. My niece sat on it and it fell over.. sales associate was annoyed as the stool was “already temperamental” implying my niece was damaging it further. Decided to leave as felt very unwelcome by the sales associate.

Extremely helpful customer service

Do not shop here if you have children with you… have never been made to feel more unwelcome in a shop with a child - ever! We browsed here 23rd July and a young sales assistant made us feel like we were a total nuisance having a child with us. It lead to having to walk out of the store and leave behind what we would have liked to have purchased, sadly will never shop here again after the way we were made to feel.

Expensive clothes but made cheap by employing Indian and Kenyan seamstresses!

My dress arrived quickly. It’s beautifully made and in a lovely light pure cotton. I must confess I have not stopped wearing it since I got it - it’s so breezy and cool on heatwave days. It’s definitely coming on holiday with me, as it won’t take up much space in my suitcase. Fantastic quality. Loads of compliments. Heatwave essential!

Delivery service is efficient though now that I have discovered that your London shop is easy to get to, I think I will be shopping there more often. Shop assistants are friendly and helpful.

Helpful and responsive customer services.

I have emailed customer services three times over the last week and have still not received any response. Your very short returns window caught me out when on holiday and I asked for a little extra time but no response at all. I will not be ordering again.

Some lovely pieces albeit not inexpensive for what they are, but they take far too long to process a refund.

I love the range of products available from Aspiga. The quality and design is good especially for holiday wear. The colours are vibrant and uplifting. I have found the company to be reliable with no quibble returns.

Always love going to Aspiga so many lovely colours and fun clothes to try - especially the dresses. I have several over the years and they are soft and I feel comfortable in all of them, they wash well and always look bright and cheerful - certainly happy to recommend. Much better to have a dress you can wash than NOT environmentally friendly dry cleaning!

Bought the most beautiful dress and it came with the surprise of a matching scrunchy. Have received so many compliments. Everything from ordering to receiving the package has been flawless and I loved the personal touch of the email after the order. This is a very personal brand and I can highly recommend ordering from it.
