Once diagnosed my erad was starting to ‘go’, they booked me in and replaced it within 2 weeks . Always great service here!

Brand New vehicle, door alignment still not satisfactory, front wheel balancing weights fell off within 12hrs of leaving facility, intercom system a downgrade from previous TXE models so in all honesty my visit was wasted time.
The staff are friendly and professional but alas my issues remain the same.

Had a 75k service Wednesday 20th August 2025. As usual from the girls on reception a lovely welcome and every thing else top class from the best in the business.

I'm a cab driver ot 42 years and Ascotts have been brilliant.
I've fell on bad times due to the fact my wife had a stroke and a cardiac arrest while driving .
I had bought a new cab from Ascotts 6 months before this episode but things deterated so had to throw the towel in.
In short ,I couldn't sell the cab but as usual Ascotts came up trumps.
Barbie,what a fantastic woman,took the cab from me and has arranged a sale .

All experience have been top , Reception staff through to workshop staff are professional , friendly, and knowledgeable , long long way from getting your Cab from the “Arches” Thank you Ascotts
