I took my cab to Ascott for its MOT and a full vehicle check, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. A special thank you to Tash and Natalie, who were absolutely lovely, and to Phil and Kevin for their professionalism and care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ascott to anyone!

Had a new windscreen and camera fitted after major windscreen provider fitted substandard glass which subsequently broke camera. Phil and the team were superb in guiding me through the process. Their knowledge and professionalism begs the question, why go anywhere else?

Was booked in for midterm MOT tyres and brake pads on the Monday but on the Friday constant alarm noise from passenger door so that was an extra job and they done it all and just as I was leaving a code came up on the dash. It was3-45 and obviously they were getting ready to close but Phil ( I think that was his name) took it and plugged it in and done it for me so I was well pleased. It’s not about the money all the time it’s about the time. For me to come back the next day would have messed my whole week up so thanks again

Girls on front desk always helpful, very knoledgeful on aspects of cab to be fixed. Service boys always good. Sorting cab to be back on road. Thanks.

Ascotts are the 4th 5th & 6th Emergency service. Midday on 2/07/26 my Anti roll roll bar bracket decided to snapp on my TXE at Wimbledon. Crept my way to Ascotts thinking that's my Wimbledon over as a YB. Alias they put their superhero capes on and repaired it at such short notice. They always offer such a professional service, thank you Ascotts 👍
