Caution for Shipping Issues

I have never received my order placed on 3/9/2024 which was charged to my credit card in full. 33 days later, 3 follow-up emails have been sent requesting a refund for merchandise not received which they have refused to do.

Update: 4/27/24 missing package resurfaced for delivery. unfortunately had already replaced all items through another vendor. AM was very apologetic for shipping delays and offered discount but delivery was too late for event and returned package to AM/shipper.

Great Products, Value, and Exceptional Service

As a first time customer making a purchase with artificial merch is amazing.
The website is laid out in well organized manner with clear photos and description of each item. The prices on the items are super reasonable and is totally worth the time to get the items. The customer service is excellent if you have any issues or questions. I had a small issue with my order and customer service went above and beyond right away to make it right.

This Merch says in USA is 5-12 business days lmfao I'm in the US and now it says takes 23 business days when I order a item on March 5th. Now I have to wait a whole month just to receive my item. Like what the HELL

This site is very straightforward

This site is very straightforward. My order wasn’t damaged or anything. The website was clear on everything. The only issue is misunderstanding the shipping process and how it works. Though the communication between us was very clear and understandable. If the shipping information was more clear I believe it will help many customers understand the process and have a better understanding when ordering. Overall I am very pleased with my first experience.

They made it right refunded me asap

Terrible communication. Sent me an email with apologies and coupon. Hell, I don't even have my original order placed in Dec. Don't know if I will ever be stupid enough to shop with them again. Thank goodness I ordered through PayPal so the are helping get refund. So far super bad experience. I knew I should have got my stuff through ETSY. It's always easy breezy process with ETSY.

Update package lost they refunded
Immediately. Pls accept 5 stars for making it right as soon as you could!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Everything was great 👍😄

I ordered several different flowers and foliage and loved all of them. If you are in a rush, go to the big box craft stores, but believe me, artificial merch is worth the wait if you plan ahead...

I placed two large orders of flowers…

I placed two large orders of flowers for my daughter’s sweet 15th. I got both orders delivered. The second order took a bit longer to be delivered because of the holidays, but I was able to track it all the way. I also reached out to them because of the delay. Great costumer service!!

Beware- you may not receive your order

Beware- you may not receive your order. This is an update to my review from 12/18 for an order that I placed on 11/12/23 for my upcoming wedding.
Unfortunately, I still have not received my order or tracking updates. I have reached out to the company several times for a full refund as I've spend over $150 USD on this order, but they are refusing to help me. Please beware of this company and order from somewhere else.

Update on my order

Update on my order! Most of it arrived today! I would delete my previous review if I could figure out how. Once I finally got in touch with them, they were spot on desponding to my concerns. Frequent messages to update me on the status of my order in transit. Hopefully, the rest of the order is also on the way and will make it in time for my daughter’s wedding. For the price that I paid, everything looks pretty darn nice. I do wish that there was a way to call the company to communicate, but that is not an option. My panic caused me to leave them a poor review, and I apologize for that. If you choose to order from them, just order really early to avoid my panic. 100% recommend doing business with them!

AWFUL,AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!!

I placed an order on Nov. 26 for items for my daughter’s wedding. Site says items ship in 7 to 10 days. No update. No tracking number. But you can bet they took the money from my account! They are IMPOSSIBLE to call-no phone number or customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! All I have is my order # and I can’t look it up on their site! The wedding is JAN. 13th. I am disgusted with this company!

The customer service is unreal

The customer service is unreal! It had been a week or so, and I hadn't received a notification that my order was ready to ship, so I reached out to Artificial Merch, and I think I got a response back the same day! Also, the individual who responded (Anne) was super thorough and helpful. The order actually came in earlier than anticipated, and the flowers are very pretty. It even came with a little care card to let you know how to fluff them up and let them air out a bit.

I love the options

I love the options for anyone that creates floral arrangements. I love the quality of the products I've received. I especially like the black roses because you really can't find them in the big box stores

Expect shipping delays

I placed an order and was given an estimated shipping time. Unfortunately they had never even processed the order by the time I needed it let alone shipped it. When I contacted them initially I felt they were a scam because of their communication but they have initiate the refund.
