Orders Never Ship

I placed my order on September 17 and it has still not arrived 2 months later. After many emails I received a reply from “Ines” on October 24th saying the order would ship the following week. That was 3 weeks ago. They keep offering sales and taking orders, but have no ability to fulfill them.

UPDATE:
On November 19 ArtificialMerch emailed me offering me a refund on my shipping and a 10% discount if I "reconsidered" the above review - something to take into consideration when reading other reviews where the person had a sudden change of heart.

On November 21 they emailed suggesting that I cancel the order that they appeared unable to fulfill. I cancelled it.

On November 25 they told me that a full refund would be processed within the next 2 weeks.

It is now January 10, 2025 and I am still waiting for a refund.

Delayed but not denied

I sent an email regarding my order September 23 and October 8th. Large orders for upcoming wedding. I still haven't received a response via email from them. It seems they are getting more business than they can handle and still taking orders. The process and shipping states 15 to 25 business days. At least communicate with your customer.

I have received a response from merchant and happy to report that they are escalating my orders. They have given me estimated delivery date. They have updated the website as to the high demand and shortage of staff. When ordering expect a delay at this time. They are fulfilling a lot of orders since they have marketed their clearance sales. I can't wait to get these.

I ordered and paid for 200 hydrangeas…

I ordered and paid for 200 hydrangeas for a wedding in December. Delivery says they should arrive 15th-25th November. I emailed the company to let them know its urgency. I haven't received any response. Sent them Instagram message and also no response. Now Im really worried after reading these reviews that they're a scam. I hope I'm wrong and will update here if anything changes.

UPDATE- since writing this review, I have received correspondence from Artificial Merch and they have advised they are working on my order so it arrives on time.
I look forward to receiving the flowers :-)

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! They take your money and then claim financial problems when you ask for a refund because your order is taken longer than expected. They gave me the choice to cancel and receive the refund and I chose to cancel now they have given me two excuses on why im not receiving my refund. First it was because of a celebration they had now its financial problems. Buyer beware don’t get scammed and have your money stolen from you!!

I ordered flowers on August 28th the…

I ordered flowers on August 28th the delivery was supposed to be 7 to Ten days I checked for updates because it is well over the delivery due date today is September 13th it's saying delivered 4 days ago in which I have not received a delivery at all. I have sent several emails with no response from customer service and would like a full refund if I ever get a response at all from Artificial Merch.
Worst customer service I've encountered by far.

They won't reply back you when you email and if they reply it gonna take a while. I placed an order with them and after I placed the order I realized I chose wrong shipping option. I emailed them right away and still hasn't got a specific answer . It is frustrating and worthless

Beautiful flowers

Initially, I was concerned that my package was taking longer to arrive than I anticipated. I sent an email out and I received anprompt reply that due to lack of staff, the large order that was placed, and one of the flowers I ordered had to come from a different warehouse, was the reason for the delay. I was asked when I would need my order and I replied, as soon as possible. Within a few days, my order was on the way! The flowers Inordered were absolutely beautiful; so lifelike. My customers had a difficult time picking out what flowers to use in their wreaths. I will definitely order from artificialmerch again in the future for my floral wreaths. Their prices are awesome. Highly recommend to my friends.

I always received a quick response when…

I always received a quick response when contacting the company via email.
I should have more carefully read and understood the product measurements when ordering - as it was clear upon arrival that they were much too small for the intended purpose.
With no time to reorder more before the event, I was offered a refund of my purchase price.
That was more than fair. I’ll order again in the future.

I had forgotten when I ordered and subsequently when my package would arrive. So I sent a message to customer service. I was PROMPTLY answered and not only did they check to see when my package would arrive but they offered to expedite it at no charge. Thankfully that wasn’t necessary as my package arrived the next day. Beyond pleased with the product and absolutely am ordering again! I make flower arrangements for headstones, or cemetery saddles. I sell them online, and count on the sales to make my bottom line. So to have such incredibly inexpensive base materials, well let’s just say every penny counts for me. Now that I know how long the shipping should be approximately, I can plan better for orders and streamline my whole process. VERY HAPPY!!! 10/10 would recommend, will use again, LOVE the aesthetic!!

ARTIFICIALMERCH.COM IS A SCAM!!!

Placed an order with artificialmerch.com and no response two weeks later. I contacted them and was informed that the factory was slower than usual and that I would eventually receive my order. Unfortunately , they could not give me any anticipated delivery date. I placed a relatively small order to test the company. As I suspected, artificialmerch.com is a scam. Any good reviews are probably company posted.

Ordered twice from them

Ordered twice from them. Shipping times are inaccurate. In both instances I ordered items atleast a month before I needed them and with an estimated shipping time of 7-12 days. Both times my items came late. I had to order from another vendor for this event which left me spending more than I anticipated on artificial flowers between both vendors. Customer service was polite, responsive and offered a partial refund to which I accepted. However, I still spent more than I would have liked and I am stuck with a bunch of flowers I no longer need.

Had to open a case with PayPal to actually get my refund :(

Had to cancel an order due to time constraints and Artificial Merch not able to provide an estimated time of shipping/arrival for my order.

They sent an email confirming that the order was canceled and that they had issued a refund for the order. That was not true.

I waited 3 weeks for the refund and reached out to them via email regarding the matter. No response from them at all.

Luckily I had paid with PayPal. I had to open a case with Paypal to get the refund they said that they had issued.

4 weeks without a delivery

4 weeks without a delivery. Well beyond their advertised window of delivery. After a prompting email 2 weeks after placing my order. Suddenly a response stating the order had shipped. Tracking number results in a message waiting for FedEx to pick-up the package. This is certainly a scam site and should be avoided.
