ArkServers.io is expensive. But it's not really a fair comparison since ArkServers.io offers a crazy amount of extra features, like fully-documented server settings & editor, mod discovery & management, and some convenience features like auto-shutoff & a public website to make joining easier. I have zero complaints and will continue to use them until Ark finally dies; no one else is even close to what they're doing.

I've used 4 different game server hosting companies for Ark Survival Evolved, and ArkServers.io is hands down my favorite. Easiest to use, simple, uncluttered, intuitive UI, and great customer service, too. Highly recommend.

I have had my server for 4 days now and it broke twice once for 15 hours, currently its been 12 hours and still waiting for my server to fix. The message I got from the owner is: "S**t breaks sometimes"

Reliable fast very little lag if any and fast support response and decent price.

The server has been extremely inconsistent lately. Constant disconnects.

I had an issue with a save file wiping on accident, but their support service is actually useful and prompt with people who are experienced in file management for servers. This is a trustworthy server host I have returned to more than once and I would recommend them any day of the week.

ArkServers.io has been a blessing. Compared to my old GPortal server, there's less lag, the server has fewer issues loading, if any, and the people behind the scenes have been very helpful with issues to other people I know who have a server through them as well.

server ping seems all over the place at certain times of the day i went from the normal plan to the upgrade an it was still a mess even tho i had to wipe everything after i swaped my plan

Easy Setup, Fast Servers

ArkServers as an extremely easy to use UI and their service team is quick to respond and gives a detailed answer to your questions. Also the mod interface is the easiest on the market. I tried to use 4 different servers before landing on ArkServers and would highly recommend. I will be using their service for Ark2

I have been using this site for my ark severs, it has been very easy and user friendly to use. I have not noticed any lag when playing the game. I recommend it if you want to host a server.

The lowest price package is pointless
The server keeps crashing when playing with mods due to it easily reaching the 12Gig maximum ram usage
Thus forcing you to take the expensive package just to have a stable and playable experience

I have been using arkservers.io for about 5 years now. They have always been great at responding and fixing issues when needed. It's also my favorite layout for setting up servers breaking out expert, advanced, and mod tabs is so convenient!

easy to use and alot of the server settings is easy to understand and is written in an easy to understand way! I generally hate setting up the server settings since i'd have to google what each and every option does and to triple check i have the values correct. The settings have simple explainations of what they do and how to increase or decrease that specific setting

Nice service overall, the support and discord are useful, server has no issues, good choice of regions to host from and the interface has all that is needed to set things up for admins. The mod interface is perfect and the company is honest, refunding any unused time when the server is canceled. Really happy with them.

Strugled 24 hours to get the server up, but as soon as you restart it dissapeas in battlematrix and in ark, then you dont get any responce from the customer support.
