ArkServers.io is a solid investment in your gaming universe. This company provides more tools than other hosting sites and nothing you do not need. I've ran Ark servers with this company off and on for years now and never had any problems with running the servers.

I did once experience an 'outage' in regards to being able to purchase a server as the company stated on the website they were running at capacity, and I wound up having to host with another company (less enjoyable experience!) for a few months, but that is honesty that I appreciate. ArkServers.io did NOT over-sell their infrastructure resources and I appreciate that!

The only 'issues' I've ever had were caused my own admin actions in ARK (such as reverting a cluster node after someone transferred to another map, thereby creating a paradox where their character existed on two maps at once).

I would highly recommend ArkServers.io to anyone wanting to host legacy Ark: Survival Evolved servers.

Ark Servers IO ended up being my best overall server experience. It is unfortunate they did not get to continue to host Ark as it was released with exclusivity for Nitrado.

-Game selection; They are limited in the amount of games they run, and without Ark Ascended, it will hurt their overall business
-Flat Server Price for Ark is great for vanilla Ark, but if you want to add many mods, you have to upgrade your sever

I tried to downgrade my 7d2d server after an auto update. Granted there FAQ and forums note that they don't support that, but that you can do it if you modify the server files. Unfortunately I ran into issues and my server got stuck in a "contact support" state and I wasn't hearing back from support. I've had good experiences in the past and have hosted 7d2d and many ark servers but it might be time to look elsewhere.

I play Ark on and off. Payment is simple and easy to control. Ive never had to talk to them. The server setup is very straight forward. If you guys read this, thanks :)

they have great control and management of servers with easy to change settings, very good customer server when it comes to needing help with server side problems, only wish they had more game on offer to host. built other than that would recommend if you want to host any of the games they offer.
