I've been using Arkservers.io for on/off about 8 months. My friends and I have always used them for our server hosting. Recently tried new mods and was unable to get the server working.

They quickly and I mean quickly managed to identify the problem, rectify it and gave immediate feedback of what the issue is and how they corrected it.

Easy to use UI, easy to use mods by just searching and clicking in the UI panel. Very stable servers. Costs very little for 60 slot ARK server. Been with them off and on for over 7 years. Easy refunds with no hassle.

I've been using this host since 2018 and I honestly love them, they're always communicating, have had no issues with them not replying for support, they also are transparent in things that does affect you as a customer in my experience.

This is honestly the best server host out there. swapping between games and servers is super simple and easy, the interface is great, and mod support is top tier.

I've been using arkservers.io for 2/3 years now after having used competitors like Nitrado and G-Portal for years before, and this is the best service I have experienced.
Quick setup with options that make sense, and a service that works consistently and fluidly without lag spikes like some other providers. Definitely worth the slightly increased price for the far fewer headaches.

cheapest price for an ARK Server at almost 20$ USD for 60 players all the resources to improve a server with modifying server values and mods are right there - never needed to contact support most issues i've had i've been able to fix on my own caus I usually needed to update mods or fix values 10/10 would recommend this service

Compare to Nitrado or Hosthavoc, Arkservers-io is cheaper and has more config optimization.

I've tried multiple Ark Servers in South Africa and arkservers.io is honestly the best one out there.

They provide you with an 8-hour trial before you buy the server! The trial server allows you to have the same resources and plugins as a purchased server. Honestly amazing.

Their ping is constantly stable between 18 and 20.
