If the customer service doesn't know how to fix your problem, you are given then "let me talk to my boss" excuse. They also operate on Linux so don't expect a lot of mods on your server to work unless they prioritize your game they service. Servers are also quite laggy eventhoough I paid for unlimited CUP and RAM usage to prevent that in the first place.

Server host is great, easy to understand web interface and set up only took me a few minutes. Havent had any issues with the server at all. Great service and good hosting

As far as server hosting sites go, user friendly, fast, and easy to follow steps to guide you through customizing each server, prices are comparable as well. Would recommend 10/10

Started using their services on Jan 21, 2025 and all looked great , the price was and still is one of the best out there but having a Rust server means you have to make sure that you attract players as many as you can by working/paying for advertising just to have your server down becasue of some issue from their side , tech support takes hours to reply and by the time the issue is fixed you lose all of your players so you have to start all over again . It happened so many times that i had enough of losing all the time players and had to terminate the account and move to a different hosting because the last issue keept the server down for over 24h and people on discord ( because it wasn't only me with the server issues ) were posting in support with no reply from the staff even tho they were online . In the end the owner reply "had notifications turned off" so i decided to move somewhere else .

I've usually used other services for hosting but I've recently come back to this one. It's not as sleek as some of the others but it has a ton of functionality for a really good price. Plus as a South African it's nice to see a server here.

We've used a bunch of different hosts, this one works the best hands down! Interface is super easy and clear to use and works so well. Support is good although sometimes takes a while, although the instant support guys on other hosts respond quickly they've always left me fixing things myself. But I've only reached out to support twice i the past year as everything works as it should. The backup feature is so awesome, it not only backs up your whole config, but the characters and mods, so even after upoading and changing things, if you restore a backup literally everything will be as when you made the backup, I've never had this on other hosts. Just try it, it's too awesome to go somewhere else, can't beat the price for the quality of service!

Used this company a couple of times allready. Servers are very easy to set up, and reliable. Will continue using them in the future.

Ran this server with my brother, who's a trucker. We don't play ark as much anymore so I shut it down, but the experience was easy to set up and had good connectivity. I'll use these guys again if I ever need a hosting service

I've been using arkservers.io for years, pretty much since the original Aberration map for Ark came out. I've tried 3 or 4 other hosting services but hated all of them in comparison. Arkservers is honestly just better, and cheaper than most other options. Servers always run smoothly and the server customization UI is simple easy to use.

ArkServers are easy to use and understand. They are always willing to help or give guidance when you contact them.

I have been using ArkServers.io to host Ark and 7 days to die servers for several years, and they are rock solid reliable, easy to use, have an easy configuration UI with options to directly edit config files, FTP access, automatic backups, etc. Zero complaints at all about them, they are the best game server host so far.

Full access to the config and pretty good stability. Only issue is there is a fair bit of lag with the Palworld server but I honestly think it may be the game since I never had the issue with their Ark servers.

I have been using ArkServers.io for a few years, just for our ARK and have never once had an issue but today I have a reason to say something that shows their honestly and why I will never change servers. Yesterday I had logged into one of our servers and noticed serious lag ..... like 'do I need to restart my computer' lag as I had never once had any issues with any service, today I go to start up the other server to find they had left a message on our log in screen which pertained to that server from yesterday directly, stepping up stating the hardware had become over loaded and they apologized, to give them a few days and that some people would likely change servers freeing up that overload.

To me having them step up and advise me makes them a server to trust, not hiding and waiting for someone to contact them, like another server I rent for a different game as ArkServers.io did not provide a platform for it when it came out, this shows you as a potential user of this service will be a priority and formost in their attempts to be transparent and support you as a service provider, that put them above and beyond in my opinion

Service is excellent, the interface is very easy to use and understand.
