There should be an option not to have to click a star to write a review. Both dresses I purchased were a joke. Even the tags were backwards! THE DRESSES ARE HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!! DO NOT PURCHASE OR WASTE YOUR TIME! TRUST ME!!!

Horrendous company to deal with. Terribly poor quality of clothing. Doesn't match the image or fabric stated. One top didn't even fit over my head. Another had a huge fault in the print.
I returned my items to the address provided, after I had to provide photographic evidence! (Alarm bells where ringing then!) only to receive it back on my door step 6weeks later! ’insufficient address’. They have given me a new address to send the items to, but I fear this will just cost me another £20 postage and I will still not receive a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not be tempted like I was. Never again! 0 stars

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it took forever to ship. Before ordering I checked their return policy and appeared to be a simple process. WRONG! They don't answer your questions, they tell you their going to deduct the original shipping costs of your order, they won't tell you what the costs are and the list goes on. Please, please don't end up in the same situation that the majority of their customers are in. I can't believe someone hasn't stepped in to stop this company from scamming the public.

If there was a zero star, I would have checked it.

All of the other 1-star reviews are spot-on! DO NOT do business with this company. After waiting too long for my order to arrive, the quality was very poor. I spent nearly four months trying to arrange for a return or exchange on most items...I finally got an address to send my items to, and that is the last I have heard from them. Basically, they stole US$400 from me, and all I have to show for it is one garment that probably cost $1 to manufacture. What was meant to be a shopping spree for my wife's birthday turned into a disaster.

If I could give a negative 10, I would. It is actually insane how bad this company is. Not only in the shipping department but also quality. I mean, I expected cheap but not to the level of what was received. Its such a fraudulent company. I am now starting the process to return and while they state a refund will be issued in 1 week's time I am guessing that will actually mean never.

Complete rip off!!! Do not use. Cant get my refund for non delivered dresses. Been trying for 5 months so im out almost $200.

NEVER shop on this site! Order never arrived, I was told I would get a refund in 10-15 working days and three months later I am still waiting and getting no reply from them. Complete scammers.

The two items I ordered looked nothing like on their website. So I returned them after waiting three months to get them I’m still waiting for a refund two months after returning them. Just don’t do it!

Most reviews received regarding merchandise from AreaLook.com is about the poor quality. Well, I NEVER received either of the items I ordered. It’s been over 2 months. I ordered sunshades and a top. I corresponded back and forth with customer service. They constantly apologized for the delay. The tracking number stopped tracking the package after a couple of days from the date I placed the order. I ordered through PayPal. They (PayPal) said my time frame to request an investigation had expired. I will NEVER ever order from them again. Not even if it’s free. I’m still not ordering!! Never. Ever.

Do not buy from this website. They will not send you a return address and therefore you can’t return. The items that arrive are not as pictured. Horrible fit and different material as advertised. Total scam. I’ve sent them several emails asking for a return address to ship back for a refund and they refuse. Better to buy in the USA. China is sketchy when it comes to business. They want your money without any customer service or quality! I am contacting my credit card company to process a charge back based on false return and refund policy and plan to launch an Instagram campaign to let others know what these people are doing.

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my purchases. I purchased three dresses, and all three were made out of thin parachute like materials... so I returned them... at the end of April. It’s now July 12, and I’m STILL emailing them trying to figure out why it’s taking so long for my refund. From the beginning, every time I email them I’m assured that it takes 15-20 days for refund. Not only that, but I paid for return shipping, and I’m only getting a partial refund, and that is if I even receive a refund. According to the email I received back in middle of June it should only be ANOTHER 15-20 days before refund hits my account AND they’re keeping almost half of the money I paid for the three dresses!!! I never give reviews, but just wanted to warn you Ladies, this company is NOT what it seems!!!

Absolute scam of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I agree with all the other reviews here. I requested a refund for the shabby clothes (that's an understatement) months ago. I have written over 22 emails to them. I have just sent in a legal letter of demand which I'm pretty sure will be ignored. Let's get all over social media and tell people what a fraud this company is.

*UPDATE* I have raised a dispute with Paypal, (thankfully I paid via them), they have refunded me the full amount. I suggest everyone waiting for their money to do this. Good luck.

Buyer beware!! This is a horrible company selling horrible products! I've been waiting 3 months for a promised refund on my credit card for the absolute worst quality dress I've ever had the misfortune of buying.

Agree totally with all other reviews. Dresses v cheap quality and in my case faulty- smears and smudges on them.
Returned them as per instructions by tracked parcel no refunds.
This is a racket- maybe someone should inform the tv/ ombudsman

I have never received such poor service!!
When I requested a delivery date I was told approximately 2 weeks this was an absolute joke!! After 4 weeks I requested them to cancel my order and refund the money which they ignored. Several emails later which I had sent with a generic response to all they had urgently sent one item of which was impossible to return (it was NOT the correct size anyway) it was of poor quality. They ignored my request to return. The other item after an eight week delay was cancelled of which I was charged a fee for cancelling!! I had to wait a further 4+ weeks to receive my refund minus a service charge.
This company is absolutely disgusting and DO NOT adhere to their terms and conditions.
My advice is to stay well clear.

The items don't look the same at all when received. They also sell and make you pay for items that has not been in stock for months.

Ordered two dresses and waited ages for them to arrive, quality awful. Sent them back to address in China by Recorded Delivery, tracked to Customs in Ghangzhou after one week. That was over two months ago and many useless emails from them I’m still waiting for refund. Doubt if I will ever see it, they rely on this, terrible customer service
