I bought a Zavetti black Canadian jacket for my daughter for her Christmas present paid on 11 Dec 21and still haven't received anything. My daughter desperately wants this jacket and I thought 'guess who is going to be the best daddy ever'. This obviously clouded my judgement but when almost 2 weeks had passed and no parcel, I started getting nervous. So I started trying to follow up. Checked the email address for the first time and I was shocked. I should have picked this up straight away as the email address looks really dodgy. Customer services number is a mobile number which is going straight into voicemail and the company post code is a residential area. This looks and smells like a scam. When you look at it everything about this seller, the seller has the traits of a scam. The Zavetti black Canadian jacket looks like is a highly sort after product this Christmas and when this seller comes up in your search as having the jacket in stock - you just get sucked in because you just want to get the jacket before it is sold out - and that's the trap. I am afraid we have been scammed.

Een advies: niet doen. Je krijgt niet of verkeerd geleverd. Terugsturen is vrijwel onmogelijk en kost een vermogen. Geld terug, echt niet.

I ordered my products, they said it would arrive between 5-7 business days... its been a full month and NOTHING, no updates in emails, the "tracking" screen that it gives you still says it didnt ship out yet, i found 3 different emails and not one person replies... fashionus does reply but with an automated email stating it will ship out on whatever date (which was 2 months ago) and when i explain it again, they dont email with a real response. I let my bank know about it and they are investigating for fraud.

I regret not checking straightbrush.com and this site, as I usually do when online-shopping. Have ordered many things across the whole world, never experienced frauds. Daughter of a good friend found it, and wanted straight brush. I ordered 3 items, two arrived. With different power-sockets!! (Live in Norway) Tried to write several emails to them, I only get auto-answers. I consider my money lost, and will never use any sites like this again.. Stay away! If it's seem to good to be true, it probably is! 😠😕

I bought the hair straightener brush as a gift for someone and unfortunately they did not want it. I tried communicating with them several times since November 2015, have had no joy. Will be contacting trading standards as they are quick enough to take your money but not be of any further service. Stay away from this company as from the other people's reviews this company is not genuine!

Paid for brush 60 pounds no delivery this site is a fraud,no reply to e-mail no address or contact number so be stay away.I did receive the brush about 40 days later could have been delayed in post or customs.Problem is you cannot contact the company in anyway.I had to cancel my credit card and report them.Brush not very good,cannoy recommend.

Hi, I ordered a hair straightener, no communication on email, only the money was taken from my account. This is when i got suspicious and searched for the company and i don`t like what i found so far. So, are the two companies the same?? I would be very surprised if product will arrive, specially after finding all these bad comments.. If it doesn`t arrive will go to trading standard, has any of you did? I hope i am wrong about all this. I also emailed them this morning, wonder if there will be any reply!?

I also ordered the Straightbrush I must be mad!! The money was taken immediately from my account and I got an email about a week later confirming it had been dispatched. That was a month ago, now I realise how silly I am, I've emailed them repeatedly but no answer. Stay away from this website.

Ordered "straight brush" and never received it. No one replies to email contact, and there is no phone number. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, and am waiting to hear from them. This company does not exist. Do not do business with them.

Order some hair straighteners off them, they have arrived, I originally cancelled the order as soon as I ordered them thinking would get money back straight away after contacting them and just receiving an email back from them stating its too late to cancel... bearing in mind the order had literally just gone through so there would/should have been no problem in cancelling the order. Item has turned up today, I now want to return the item have emailed them no response... I emailed them to say I will be taking this further if I get no response to find out that only cancellations 14 days from the order date..... Very angry at the moment £60 out of pocket......

Ordered a orange now dress arrived after four weeks it's see through, very very badly made, threading coming out of all the stitching looks nothing like t does in the pictures! Ordered A size 12-14 more like a dress 16. Tried to get a refund and found out as came from china I am unable to get a refund £35 down the drain

I just ordered something from this company and now feel extremely stupid for not reading the reviews first! was anyone able to get a refund from this company? I have emailed them but their response is useless. Someone help me!!

Not even worth one star! Got a black fish tail dress off them, had no email to confirm purchase, they took the £39.98 and haven't received my dress! Can't contact them to get a refund!

Ordered bag beguinning march, still no sign of me receiving my order. No replys to all of my numerous emails. Does anyone have an actual address for this company? Avoid at all costs people

I saw this "gorgeous" black "leather" Michael Kors hand bag advertised on Facebook & the site itself had "good reviews". I never even thought to google the company for reviews. I, like everyone else assumed that since the ad stated the company was located in Europe (Ireland, to be precise) they would be reputable.
I placed my order in the middle of Dec 2014 & immediately the funds were deducted from my account. The handbag didn't arrive until the end of Feb 2015 & right away I could tell I'd been duped!
The packaging itself was a plastic bag with no return address & inside was the most awful horrendous "knock off" I had ever seen. The handbag was constructed from cardboard, the outside covering (which was supposed to be leather) was a very cheap canvas, the "Michael Kors" letters on the top of the bag were crooked & some were coming unglued, the lining was made out of a very inexpensive paper which was ripped in a few areas & on the outside the cardboard was visable because the canvas did not cover it very well (on either side) at the top where the zippers (which got caught on the inexpensive paper lining) came together on both sides.
I tried contacting them as well. They also have a disclaimer on their website that says if you try to dispute a charge, you will be charged $20 to your credit/debit account. I finally got so angry from them not responding to my emails that I contacted my credit card company & I am now in the process of disputing this charge. My cc company wanted me to send back the handbag but I can't find an address for these frauds. Do any of you happen to have their address?
**Just let my experience be a warning to you before you order from this company! Don't do it!**

I ordered an Angel wings Loose fitting jumper on 11.2.15.
An item arrived on 15.3.15 and it was nothing like what I ordered. Nothing at all. It was shoddy, shabby and the ugliest looking top ever. It wasn't even a jumper.
I have sent numerous emails eoth no response.
Disgraceful company and I am £30 out of pocket.

I placed 2 orders - 1st on the 12th dec and 2nd one on the 30th December 2014, to date I have not received any off my orders, I have sent emails daily to them, and they don't even bother to reply.. I have now contacted my credit card company who are refunding my money, and trading standards, so save your time and money and shop with a proper company.

Like many other people here on this blog, I received an advert via FB promoting their website for Black friday sales, so since I though this was something that perhaps Facebook was supporting it was safe to use.
Shame on me for being so naive.
I purchased 3 handbags on that particular sale, to the date of today 6 of March 2015 I have not received a full order.
It took about 5 weeks for 1 bag to arrive which was a really bad copy and nothing like what they had on their advert.
They were very quick to do the charge on my credit card for the full purchase, and every time I send them an email (so far about 5) i get an automatic response telling me that my order will take 5 weeks!!!
Unfortunately here in Spain you can only bounce a credit card payment with your bank within the next 15 days of the purchase, therefore I cant claim anything.
I feel that they have robbed me and its just not fair, not even a answer.

People PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, every penny you spend with them its money they gain based on your good faith.
